Anyway heres my redone fellas
Heres my lovely manticore, I hated how he was so pale and orange, yuck! So I decided to do a cheap skin pigment operation and do an extreme makeover 
Heres a Magma"Dragon" with two of my favorite colors, lime green and crimson:
Oh and I couldnt resist but to make Cyrus look a bit nicer, heeees soooo grumpy!

I hated the manticore and still do - and yours is probaly the first paint version of nivals 
And that Magma dragon aint bad looking, if this game would have been a SCI FI game it would be awesome - I like it.. Cyrus is like.. a ugly dull

The Magma Dragon looks good. That's a great idea, green Magma Dragon.
Maybe I will mod it into HOMM5. We just need a name for it. What about Acidic Dragon?

Hehe, thanks guys. I have some other color schemes of the Dragon/Drake. I like em all, but if I had to choose...hmm not easy 
Well here some more of my stylized pics, maybe as you guys mentioned. They could be used as inspiration in mods etc 
This redish one aint far from the original, difficult to make it more red withouth bumping into the crimson part of the color wheel
And here some wicked color experiments with the beta Black Dragon.

I think I have done about 5k at lvl 20+ with enlightenment, warlock's luck and slippers. You could add some if it was week of magic but it would still not come close

Honestly, 1790 familiars? 28 dragons? How do reach such amounts?
Edit: More importantly: the battle seems to have 3 heroes. Lucreatia, Sinitar, and that inferno guy whose name I can't remember.
