Destruction and Creation - STORY
This is the "worship" part of HoMM5 (See forum description) 
Author's Note: This is my story of a connection between Heroes III and IV to Heroes V. More of that will be explained later.
Prologue
The battle was about to end. Thousands of casualties, all trying to take down the hordes of Demons that marched through the city. The siege was lost, and another castle was taken over by the unstopable armies of Demons. Only this battle, unlike many others, had survivers. Many generals, commanders, and warriors were taken into slavery. In a matter of days, the once-beuatiful Conflux town is burned down and rebuilt as a new fort of the Inferno...
Rifetoh was dragged on the floor, barely awake. His deep wounds prevented him from resisting, a thing which he usually does. Two Pit Fiends talking about their new promised homes, while Rifetoh is a;ready thonking of a way to escape the horrible slave-camps that await him. It depended on him, he knew. Being a high-ranked general, Rifetoh knew how to escape faciities like the one he just saw on the horizon. Small prisons for war-prisoners. He already missed the Planes of Fire, thinking if he would ever see them again. As he was dragged closer to the prison, he could see many of his friends being sent there as well. At least he would have company. What Rifetoh didn't know that his lost in this battle would lead to the destruction of this realm...
Chpater 1: The Way Out
A month has passed since Rifetoh was sent to Hirakam. Most of his friends were already exescuted, with him being kpt alive for some unknown reason. The only thing he dd know is that his moment of escape would be soon, very soon. It was last week where Rifetoh found a book called "Infernal Magic", and started reading it. Usin the book, Rifetoh learned the magic arts of the Inferno, or as it is known elsewhere, the First Forbidden Art (The second being Necromancery). It was only a matter of time before he would learn how to teleport over a highly magic-resistant object, such as the wall which kept him in Hirakam. Until now, Rifetoh was succesful in hiding the book from the guards. His only friend that was left alive with him is called Aval, a commander in his army. Rifetoh offered Aval to learn the First Forbidden Art with him, but Aval didn't agree.
As Rifetoh was studiying the Inferal Seduction charm, a big Devil bursted into the room, calling Aval. Rifetoh already knew what it meant: Aval was going to be executed. Rifetoh quickly hid his book under his pillow, and the Devil went out with Aval, not noticing the book. Sighing, Rifeto pulled the book back out and started reading it again. Less than 2 minutes have passed, and the same Devil bursted into the room again. Aval was thrown onto his bed, and the Devil said in an angry voice: "Hello, Rifetoh. I seems you know too much about our magic. You must come with me to th-"
The Devil didn't finish his words to realize it was too late. Rifetoh was already surrounded by the Ring, a magical object which appears when casting a spell, and than, in a blink of an eye, he disappeared. Rifetoh filnally was out of his prison. Now for the hard part- escaping into the Planes of Fire.
Chapter 2: The Escape
Rifetoh had to think fast. He did not know this city, nor did he know its name. Rifetoh immidiatly searched for the road leading to Hirakam. Scouting the area, Rifetoh finally noticed a small pebble road leading into what would seem as the center of the city. Running along the road, Rifetoh thought and figured out how did the Devil know about his book. It was pretty obvious: Aval was about to be executed, so he made a deal with the Devil-Avl told te Devil about the boo, and in return, he wouldn't be executed.
Rifetoh came upon the back of a large building, or as he thought the City Hall. So far, no one was after him. But then, out of nowhere. 4 Devils and one Archdevil appeared out of thin air in front of him, cornering Rifetoh to the building. But Rifetoh still had a chance. In the book, it was explained how to bring an nemy on your side by taking control over them. Ridetoh began whispering the chant, while te ring stared to appear around him. The Devils took action immidiately, only to be stopped by the Archdevil. "Move!", shouted on of the Devils. "You will not tell me what to do, weakling!" answered the Archdevil. When he finished answering, he took is scyth and slashed right through the opposing Devil, which fell on the ground, burning into ashes. The 3 Devils that were left attacked the Archdevil. Defending from their attacks, the Archdevil had one chance to attack on his own, which he did and by that killing another Devil. The two Devils now finished the weak Archdevil. Now both of them facing Rifetoh, they noticed the Ring around him again. Preparing for a battle with each other, suddenly Rifetoh lifted his hands up in the air, to cause a huge explosion that blasted the Devils to their graves.
From the City Hall, finding the gates was easy. Rushing towards them, Rifetoh noticed that there were no guards. Approaching the gates, Rifeth realized that the city was under siege. Some of the walls were broken, the gate was damaged, and Demons rushed to aid the town. Hiding behind a large boulder, Rifetoh waited for his chance to escape the city once and for all. Suddenly, a large rock was hurled at the wall, breaking into thousands of peices. Before anyone could do anything, Rifetoh ran outside into the battlefield. The Conflux armies were trying to take the city back. Racing across the battlefield to the back lines, Rifetoh finally met someone familiar. It was his brother, Rubinong, commanding a large army of Fire and Energy Elementals. Rifetoh ran towards Rubinong, yelling.
"Rubinong! I escaped!" Rifetoh cried.
"What... Rifetoh! How did you manage it?!"
"I might tell you later, but for now, I'll help with the army".
The siege laste only 2 more days, until the Confluxes army finally broke the city defences. Rifetoh was sent back to the Planes of Fire, where his life would change forever...

I'm not sure I get this, but isn't this to qualify as "fan fiction", and as such wouldn't it be more appropriate to have this in the Age Of Heroes Colliseum?

Not really Alc. This would find its spot in Glade for it is a PRP type of story. However, it fits well the Temple and would certainly be a spark among all the discussion threads. At least one thread so different from many others
