Naga/Lizardman?
I begin to suspect that there were (are? dont think so but still) plans of an Naga expansion because the Naga looked really cool and didn't look fitting to Academy.

Need more clues.
I remember a Ubisoft rep showing up for a few days and swearing blind that Heroes VI was going ahead - he may have posted in the Workshop - but that's all.

Didn't think you would find that so fast, but you are right, that it were the Naga and Lizardman I had in mind. Hope to see your speculations on this one.
And just to make things perfectly clear: there will be no more expansion packs for Heroes V, sorry.

Yeah, it took them because they didn't have any textures etc.
Yeah, TotE was said to be the "final conclusion of the Heroes V saga" I just thought that there orginally might had been plans on some kind of major Naga/Lizardman appearance in one of the expansion.
In some removed quote which can be found in the game files even Kha-beleth says that the "Dwarves, Orcs and serpent-men" are against him. And two of those races got an expansion.
But this raises the questions, were Lizardmen and Naga supposed to be allied or in different towns?
I could imagine that Naga, as an Far East inspird race, could have allied by the Kappa (Lizardmen) or even have them as slaves (which sounds unlikely due to Shalassas description).
Also was the Naga/Lizardmen some experiment for H6 or some files that got in the wrong place or what? 
I still dont where they got the Lizardman leaked from as I have not seen anyone finding it in the files.
Also when H6 is announched (I fear it will be totally different from the other HoMM games) will you finally tell us what that orc-like Pit Lord is?
The image is named Overlord so I asumed that it was one of the demonic overlords who were supposed to be the Elemental Dragons counterpart.

Searched and found.
I just find it strange, that if the Lizardmen (and perhaps Naga) was for H6 why did/they get in the H5 folder
It would also seem strange that they begun to work on creatures so early.
I find it odd that there were no major discussion for the pictures.

They are from various sources. I have many artworks on my computer and I just uploaded them via Photobucket.
But I'm creating my own artwork gallery somewhere in the big internet world, and I'll give you the link to it when it's done.
