This must be Alci mauling some Zombies. And it looks Thanatos head is finally on a pike (well, more heads for more accounts).
I love this one. Looks like a very old painting from an abbey's wall, in the Griffin Empire. It would work nice as a cover.
The good ol' Vampires and Liches, all with the 'toxic green' auras.
This one is a real beauty. The style is very nice, and I like the coloring. The bearded peasants look very good.
He somewhat reminds me of Solmyr. Or shall I call him Solmyr ibn Wali Barad. But I guess anyone who played the old Heroes games is nostalgic when seeing a genie.
Sweet! It looks like a 5 years old's painting, but it has something refreshing. The druid has a funny face.
A very nice demon. He has the charm (and the appearance) of an Axeoth demon. Ice demon anyone?

Wasnt much new stuff on Kingdoms though.
I was mostly interested on Clash of Heroes though. These are the things I found out
* The factions are Haven, Inferno, Sylvan, Academy and Necropolis
* New units and abilities, possibly they will be used for H6.
* New buildings. A wall upgrade for Sylvan makes all units regenrate health during a siege.
* New units. Stag and Bear for Sylvan. Some purple demon, possibly an alternate upgrade imp, for Inferno. A possible pikeman for Haven. Some large armored demon for Inferno, possibly Demon Lord as a unit or a upgraded devil (they are called Abyssal Lords now).
* Most likely set in the past. Dark Elves will emerge in the Sylvan campaign. This will likely lead up to a Dark Elf expansion.

Spoilers please. Is the Sylvan campaign about the rise of the Dark Elves?
But the bear is a new unit right? Or is it a bear druid?
The Stag appears on the picture with the huge demon overlord boss and the picture were the treants ability is.
Or can Druids shapeshift now?
It even has animal legs. The Stag is not a druid. I doubt the Bear is too.
Sylvan appears to have Gold Dragon upgrade. Necropolis have a possible new unit, Ebon Guard.

He is 40 years younger... likely he is around 18 years old there. That would mean he is 58 in H5. Makes sense.
