I must say sorry to all due lack man power ( only have dmad - main graphic maker, Ceupheus - main story maker  , my skill too bad ==> this project will be close .

i'm realy sorry to hear thet but i think you right i make creature not animation and dmad can't do all the hard work 
if we want the project will be live again we need a realy good grapher like: bj (now he is h5 modder ),antipaladin (can't he quit from this project) or edn(the only one who can to join us)

Sorry but this project is not dead. If you want to quit, then quit. I will continue this project with my skills, with my friends and i will try to find persons who can help. I don't want this project to be dead... like other from HeroesCommunity. If you will give me all the creatures (of course, all the creatures will be under your copyright and i will mention that), i will continue this. If not, i will start a new project. Good luck

I too am going nowhere. Agree with Dmad. But nobody has been kind enough to give us any of the work on the previous versions. T2, if you want to quit, do please link us any / all the work you've done before you head off.

@All
From the begin of this project , we have one ready creatures from AP , then have some more concept , and a half complete creature ( New Trog ) . Other come from MM series , AP help me recolored them , i made DEF files .
Even that , we only have 5% completed , most not FINAL version so need re-make too
I still want continue this project but i cant help much , dmad cant alone do hard work . If more ppl may be help more , we really need this .
I dont want hide anything but i dont have a FPT site , one i can trust to upload ( i said many times before ) . Give me one , u will have anything i have even some not in this project . We need this for this project later , need upload pic and files for public
If all want this one alive , we can do this . But much have something to hope , like one more finished creature.
I will show some more creatures from another creator , we will modify them , but i need u suggest with some creatures i post at #1 page 23

ok, i love this project, but i don't get it why you complicate yourselfs so much. you could use the same creature defs file, but change the name of the creature.
For example, when you build the upgrade for archers tower, you get to choose between marksmen and crosbowmen, both creatures looking the same:
marksmen
Atack: a
Defense: b
Damage: c
Shots: d
Hit Points: e
Speed: f
Skills
crosbowmen
Atack: g
Defense: h
Damage: i
Shots: j
Hit Points: k
Speed: l
Skills
or centaur capitan, and centaur archer (i don't know if u need diferent def files to make it shoot, but if u need they probibly aren't that hard to make)

I was making a kind of alternate upgrades mod but I stopped because I wanted to try to mod heroes 5. now I'm thinking of finishing it.

I try re-make Basilik from MM series , i used brown / yellow color , what do u think ?
Just like one Acid Dragon ready made but diff color , diff size

Well I think it isn't close to the artwork of HoMM 3 but anyway it's not bad.
