My ONLY IDEA for mod

I always hated upgraded creatures. And the thing that there is only two elven creatures, 2 goblins, 2 dwarves, 2 orcs etc. If delete all upgraded creatures, make a little modify of them(for example change high elves' bow to sword) and add some of them as neutral creatures, some as annother creatures from a town, make Tower dwarven town (somethihng like H5). To make new elven, orcish and dwarven creatures of their upgrades by replacing weapons etc. What do you think of this?

English my really bad is...
so idea for mod:
-delete all upgraded creatures
-or change them and add them as non-upgraded
-make more dwarf-, elf-, orc-, goblin- based creatures
-if some authors will led us, add their creatures into mod
-change some creatures' towns, for example the most annoying is elves are with dwarves...
EDIT: I think I coul get some creatures from TES 3 : Morrowind. In morrowind construction set you can make creature moving in any direction/speed and also attacking and dying

Well yeah, that's possible, I meant from a hard-coded perspective.  Upgrade buildings can't really be disabled.  Upgraded creatures will retain some of their abilities even if changed to a different creature altogether (e.g. the Iron Golem creature slot will always have magic resistance), and if this is attempted then Gelu and Dracon will also have no specialty.
