I used ResEdit, to extract Def files from lod files.
After that with DefView i'm extracting pcx files from def.
You can use Photoshop or Gimp to recolor the images.

if i recolor creature,how i put that on game so as function?
where i can search creature pictures from h3?

You need to put all the images back in a def, with DefMaker.
Also, you need h3sprite.exe to put the def back to lod file.

So, i just checked sprites.lod from M&M VIII and i found 17 creatures. So, we can use them in this mod.
Upgrade for Crusader
 (i forgot death animation, i know)
Upgrade for Minotaur King (we need to recolor the pants)

upgrade for crusader? you mean upgrade for swordsman,is Vindicator,like i said must of creatures are already made so we wont e using much of thouse,atleast from already used.

antipaladin, i guess you made nothing. I don't see any creatures, any defs, i don't see anything, just some words of you. When are you prepared to show us what you made? I want to work, but i don't know what to work because anything i do, it's not ok because it'a already done.

I like this very much
I mean, like secondary skills
Swordsman (Basic) > Crusader (Advanced) > Vindicator (Expert)
like in Homm2, with the dragons (green > red > black)

You go same way i gone, waste your time for that . Use what we READY have  except you make more improve , until now you do nothing too
