i have it too but it has a bug [pink shadow - see on the screenshot with full line-up], could u send it to me?
and why not blood elf? this town will have a campaign too [i hope xD] and it will explain how elves lead humans in battles. anyway the commander is not the final. it might be changed.
edit: and if not blood elf, what other commander do u suggest?

I don't like to see this blood elf in town mostly because imo its animation isn't very good. I think that Morn's crusaders will stack (but I am not sure if they have shoot frames), maybe a unit extracted from M&M will stack?

the original commander from wog is goldish, so it doesnt fit.
@mitabrin: depends on tastes. i think that the animation is great, but as i said i might reconsider the blood elf. and no, morn's crusader doesnt have shooting animation.

progress...not much but...
anyway things still need to be done/fixed.
many thanks to gnollking and alustor for giving me a great help on the creatures.

Isn't it a model by Alex-ander for alternative units in HotA? Doesn't look like 4th level IMO.
About portrait - for me it's a little bit unusual, but fine.

Yes, but HOTA do not use that one, and we have permit for use that in this MOD from him

those are the original portraits made by alex-ander [the upgraded one is recolored and added the 'thing' on his head]

Have you changed swordsmen and crusaders for them? If so... That's just bad idea - squire (is this a real name for this unit?) should be on 2nd or 3rd level.

Looks very promising Except you gotta do the creatures on the adveture map also ^^
Would it be possible to import a background into the game? Because I recall.. I think it was Antipaladin + some other guy who was working on that, a background for the red castle was posted, and it looked astonishing! Any ideas about that?

That's not the point. They are much less armoured than Swordsmen. And also look younger.
And yes, I think switching the griffin would be a better idea.

yes...it still lives.
all i have is what you see in the last screenshot + 3 recolored buildings in town + mitzah bishop and the recolored bishop, some heroes...and that's all

if u reffer at the M&M griffin then it's because it's smaller than the degrade. the def looks good but how can a griffin upgrade into a smaller ome ? and the new marksman def is lost somewhere...
