I know where u come from Manu, and I understand your points.
And you are 100% right about the "personal attack" thing. This is what makes a discussion so difficult to moderate, because as stated in the CoC, a personal attack has different meanings for everyone. You said you were joking with Tenaka, I may see it the same way. How does Tenaka himself see it? How can I, as a neutral Mod, judge this? Just an example.
Look back the time when u had your time with KA. I am pretty sure many posts DID hurt you (more or less), coz they were pretty personal. A neutral member on the other hand didn't had any problems with all these comments. Always depends on the point of view.
But sometimes you (not YOU, but we all...) just forget about how the others will understand some comments. That's when the Mods jump on the battlefield.
And yes, Religion is a very serious topic for many people out there. That's a reason why the "I gave up believing in God" thread grew that fast. Great posts, great discussion, many different opinions, but hardly any personal attacks (as far as I remember).
