I disagree.
You have to use tactics to beat those Golems.
You have an army & you beat those Golems once you get the efreetis.

5K is alot in the early stages.
We dont even know what spells he has.
Slow those Diamonds are easy.
You get the efreetis. Gogs.
You get those demons for protection.
Bring in 3 imps in set of one each to take the diamonds hits.
The last row are the Centaurs.
Those centaurs have a 6 speed.
With slow you can lead them away from the other army.
Imps can take hits as well as deal them for retaliation.
With slow you can at least slow down 2 before they reach your units.

You may be able to lead 2 groups of Diamonds away with the cents.
It's tough but you can take down 20 also.

Again we only see one screen.
We can not see the rest of it or much detail.

You can beat 3 devils in one stack with normal starting army + 2 hired heroes with troops + troops from castle (imps, gogs, 4 demons, 3 pit fiends) and Marius or Mephala (both expert armorer and min lv 5). A shield spell or stoneskin spell on pit fiends is a plus, but easy to adapt depending the stats , spells of hero. All other troops from other sources are a bonus. The problem comes more from the defenders of the lv7 dwelling structure, that's where you need to play a perfect fight to keep enough troops for dwelling. On a map like Jebus you can even build lv7 dwelling with castle too.

edit: with an expert armorer you can even bring the efreets in the fight vs the devils since the 3 devils will not kill them and choose imps, gogs or hounds instead.

Depending on the Eye's numbers, I probably would have gone for them to get the artifacts, and then the Halberdiers. But then, I suck at the game.

Now that i think about it.
The eyes would probally be a throng since it's guarding a couple of goodies.
You will lose some troops going after the devils.
If you can beat those devils week 1.
Good Luck it will be a very tough battle.

Well, throng of evil eyes is one thing but the 3 devils is easy fight, I do that each time I have a devil dwelling on the map on day 7, same for all towns. The thoughest lv7 dwelling is the hydra pond but even that one is possible on first week with troops from castle and starting heroes and of course without losing too much (no need of wyverns for example). The angel dwelling is also hard but reward is so good it's worth losing more troops .

It depends on your land.
Maybe you are used to playing on an easiar difficulty.
There are times when you can not afford creatures.
Probally just me loving the challenge.

Yea if you can afford your troops for day 7 then by all means.
I am just saying sometimes it does not work the way it is planned.

You can see the diamonds in the upper right.

The clops are several (upgraded).
The pits, dusas and minos are lots.
The town is blocked by upgraded lizards, but I can't see how many.
Both imp dwells are accessible.
I have to go through the lots minos to get to the hell hole.

Lots elves blocking road by town.
Lots stone golems guard hive (left of ore mine)
Lots monks guarding +1 speed ring. (above hive)
The 2nd art to right of main is +1 spell duration guarded by lots ogre magi.

I need to get a scout to that area left of my town. I have no idea why I have 2 scouts above my town, I only need one.



btw, the eyes are lots, not throng.
the diamonds were 33322.

If that's a demon dwelling, I'd try the clops. You'll probably take losses, but the extra demons should make up for those.

Thats the devil dwelling lol.
You can do major damage from the hardest creatures with even a couple devils.

You should concentrate on getting any devil dwelling as soon as possible.
Your scouts can take care of the area.
You need the devils speed & you need to explore more.
Devils can win you the most crucial battles.

The com using Lizards are not too bright.
If you can get close to them, it would be easiar then eating pie lol.
Also make sure you get those mercury resources from your scouts & get as much money as you can.
If you can pull it off & build the Devil Dwelling.
thats 4 Devils week 2 if you can pull it off & get that Devil dwelling guarded by those clop kings.
Wont be easy but sacrafice sometimes is the key to winning.

How would you take the clops and devil dwell? Those clops can easily kill a devil or efreets. And fodder won't last more than 2-3 rounds max. Take the hives first??? I don't have any lvl 4 spell casters to hit and run the clops.

You wait till you have bought your devil. With a devil, 2 effrets and the rest of the army u wont lose much more than what they shoot at with half damage round one. Make sure to have a least one dog or centauer left after the battle and place it in position 4. Then the devils will attack right away and you can probably kill 2 of them round one.

On jebus u need 8 heroes, not 6. Some explore and pick up stuff, others help the main bringing troops, making small fights and at end of turn leave the main with only fast troops.

I would take the box from the diamond golems before fighting the clops and devils. The other tough fights like the minos, pits, dusas etc. i would make week 2. Remember all living fodder lost, means less demons in the end.

You can take the devil dwelling by day 7.
You should of taken care of business with the D Golems before hand like maretti says.

If you can beat those Golems & the clops. You sure can beat those Dummies lol.
Eyes are easy once week 2 comes around.

Ok I See..

I still say go for the Halberdiers first. I noticed double imp dwellings. Collect until you have enough to hit the halberdiers. Avoid the evil eyes by looping around and come up from the south to hit them. Looks like there is plenty of loot along the way. Take the 2nd castle after the halberdiers go down.

Day 3 I took the gem mine and slept there. Bought 2 more scouts, one went collecting, one stayed in town to chain.

Day 4 I bought efreet and took diamonds and box. Exp arm, exp log, basic earth.

Nothing special on days 5&6

Day 7 Built citadel, bought devils, cleared elves by town, chained to main, took dwelling.

BTW, those are horde lizards by the castle town.

Oh yea, I didn't have any spell points when I fought the clops and devils. I could have saved some of my losses if I did.
