Oscar, the Death Cat.
A brazilian TV did show in one of your news program, in 26 July, a cat in U.S.A who can predict the death of patients, doing this staying next of people who would die in few hours. There are a article in a science magazine talking about this. Here is the link:

A weird yet cute cat. I have not heard of other animals doing that so he must have some special way of sensing death.

I've seen a bit on the news one night about it and it looks like something out of Torchwood.

Yeah I read about that. But I think most animals have an instinctual way of knowing when death is coming.
There is a chemical change in the body when it is going through the process of death and that could very well be a factor.
Either way, I think that cat is pretty neat.

I've finally figured it out!
You know all these stories about the Grim Reaper who comes in a black gown with a scythe in hand?
It's a lie!
He looks like a furry cat with a collar!

I wouldn't be so sure...
I mean - if even bunnies are capable of that, who knows what a cat can do.
