All castles have 16 hit points, so I assume it's something else.

1. Their Price is 300.
4. Orc => Orc Chieftain. Just see the attacking animation. the Orc Chief always attack 'twice' but it deals same damage and has equal attack point with the unupgraded Orc.

3.I thought Castle had the strongest walls, at least in homm2 they had 
5. they both have 5 primary skill point when added up? lol

I really thought no1 will solve this one. How many people noticed chieftains throw TWO axes, while orcs only throw one, but still deal exactly same damage?
So this is current situation:

Hint You could replace each of these 2 heroes with 7 others.

No. 1--- Ogres have TWO heroes designated as a SPEC hero for their class, Medusae have ZERO heroes designated as spec hero for their class. All other level 4s have ONE spec hero assigned for them.
No. 2--- All Good towns have ZERO level 1 troop spec heroes assigned to the town. All other towns do.
No 5--- Terek and Zydar are both gay and have swinging orgies with the 7 others  Im still working on no. 5

How about a hint on number 5?
The only thing I see in common with all the heroes you named is that they all have 5% per level specialties. (but that would be to easy)

I played RoE long ago. I don't remember them shooting twice... Was that changed later for SoD?

if you are talking about the Orcs in any shaope or form.
No they only shoot once.
It's been about 3 yrs now but i know Grand Elves & marksmen are the only shooters who shoot twice.

Orc chieftains only shoot ONCE...but they throw TWO axes with that single shot, while normal Orcs only throw ONE axe. That's why I said "..HIT twice"...not "SHOOT twice"..
