Another I noticed is that Godric and Freyda have a unicorn shoulderpad as they are of the unicorn duchy family

Guess this is a long time ago Beta version of Necropolice... Bad idea, i must say
  Kind of confused about that phoenix.. Why are they put in Homm3 and 4???
Gotta love the dragon of Fire!!!!

I like the form, much wilder and less stiff-upper-lip, stiff-upper-class, hoity toity, la-de-da-dee la-de-da-deeish look like we have now.

I was more in the colour thing, the yellow is horrible and the way he is drawed aint that pretty

Are you kiddi'n me????????? The screwed up phoenix we have now in H5 is alot more and too much dragon like, compare the wings, the bodies! Jeeez

id disagree. the pheonix in heroes 5 looks nothing like a dragon as a whole. perhaps if you compare the individual bits.
anyway isnt there a mod to change it into a firebird (beta version) somewhere?

Markal looks awesome. I think he's the online living Necromancer.
Actually, all the Necromancers look great. Just perfect.
       
Pale, creepy and some of them pretty disgusting - Excellent.
The colours - black, green, gray, a bit perple - are great. Fit them perfectly.
The spider concept of Zoltan and Raven is cool, and fit the symbol of Necropolis.
Inferno heroes do look really stupid.
Agrael and Sovereign are the only good looking inferno heroes.

Agreed.
The only Necromancer I don't like is the one with the blond hair. He looks a bit too freakish.

Btw. did you notice that his Cloak is held by a pair of dead hands oO ooooh the smell must be awefull
