Its seems to be original harpy frames. But ive never seen them in game. Perhaps authors forgot about them or they had no idea waht to do with them.

There are a few creatures that have a "cast spell" animation (for sure one of them is also the efreet). Most probably some creatures were casting some spells in the beta phases of the game development, but then lost the ability due to balance issues or whatever.
I recall that WoG Team tried to use those animations in some way concerning stack experience (where some creatures gain an ability to "cast" a spell after or before an attack), but for a reason that I don't recall, it wasn't done - probably it just wasn't possible.

No Vampire dont have it , Vampire Lord have it  he raise his hand and nothing with WOG 3.58f  I wish i have beta version of Heroes III to see what we miss in final version

There are a few other lost or hidden files, most notably a different version of the Gnoll Hut (that looks like the Quest Hut in the shape of a dead tree).
I think Sergey enabled a few of those graphics (e.g. a floating log) in his editor patch.

By the way you can see the alternate Gnoll Hut in underground lair of the game-included map 'Gelea's Champions'. It's in the west part of the swamps. Don't ask me how it got there...

Probably simply forgotten in 1.0, just like the Market of Time in the Titan's Winter map. Kind of Easter eggs, huh?

Yeah, it's a lot of fun to find things like that. Not to mention the three forgotten combination artifacts - Mired in Neutrality, Ironfist of the Ogre and the Diplomat's Suit. Double-click a creature in the editor, enter the 'Treasure' tab, then select one of the three from the list, assign it to the monster and fight it in the game to win the artifact. They don't do anything and they have bugged icons, but you can keep them in the hero's backpack and view their amusing descriptions. Try it!
