Quote: ...the reverse of the medal is that some players could invent so many excuses for a second chance...have u thought about this?!
Of course, this wont happened when the players know each others or
agree this rule (Karim proposal) from the beginning..
I think we dont need a rule here...confusion occurs...
Well what bothers me is that u take suiciding too easy. Allowing suiciding "officially" would be a VERY big mistake. Ofc u can do whatever u want with ur friends and use whatever set of rules u want. But i don't wanna find players who abuse this and try 10 times in a raw creeping something till they get it right without thinking they do something wrong(i mean disc abuse). And refusing a reload is hard - well I would not refuse reload even to an unknown player.
So I want the general rules about suiciding(and disc abusing) to sound like this:
1. -disconnecting will result in not being able to win the game(from report point of view u cannot report win - if ur opponent agrees u can avoid loss(the game will end in a tie)).
2. -after a disconnect the game should be reloaded from last save and continued but with rule 1. being applied at the end of the game.
3. -if someone suicides his main hero he should be allowed to reload and lose the "report game" accordingly to 1. or continue and play as if nothing happened(which is the way to go in my oppinion but surely i'd agree for reloads any time).
This rules(or some other rules if someone comes up with better ones) should be the default rules for a game. Between friends or guys who agree to do otherwise these can be ignored.

Last time I played with gmmari, i pressed by mistake auto combat when i tried to say smth to him in chat box...I asked him to reload the battle and make same moves as usual, he agreed, and we finished the game.
But I asked him to agree with that ! There is no rule about this, was definitely my mistake and I assumed the risk, opponent assumed his risk as well when he agreed. I was ready in that moment to report a loss (which I did in the end because u probably know y...), but for the fun , or for whatever u may consider it I asked him for reload ...
If he wouldn't have been agreed with that, i would have been reported and finish the game, no matter what.

well the d/c thing is an awful thing (in several ways)
one day I had trouble with my ips provider and I d/c around 10 times in a single game !!!
another thing is when U play and you sit and wait for your opponent for 15 min (at the same place on the "bar" meter and just a few min. later you get an d/c message.... hmmm?
I always type "s" (u\in the chat window)when I finish my turn...
if a player ask for reload I always give.... (better than doit the d/c way)
but if you have played h5 for a looong time (like me and a buckload of others) everyone knows that d/c happends for all other reasons than "players" d/c too!!
and now and then missclicks happends too... and if that happends reloads is fine for me....
this is a game for fun not for the world chapionship....
I guess it's impossible to make any common rules here....
the most important thing is that the players agree before they play....
happy gaming

Well it's true what u said: this is usually a game between friends - I mean come on there are like 10-15 active players on msn ofc after 2 month of play u should know all of them. But if this will change and the number will grow i think a set of default rules wouldn't be a bad idea.
Btw ur map(MoD) is great. Hope u can do something about the fact it is really slow as strategy wise it seems great.

@fiur
My computer is slow. When playing MoD it's even slower. I'm not sure why but maybe this can be fixed.
