Actually the virus has not gotten too far yet, so about 3 in 4 still do work. It is still spreading though, but for some reason a lot slower then it has been.

Np  . Ok, everybody is doing a great job . Now it is time to reward the hard work. Everybody can pick 1 perk (A perk is something like extra money, contacts, special equipment (IE Ceres' Gundam is considered a perk). This is not a power or ability of any kind (though it can be an upgrade to a weapon within reason).
Now here is the current powers of each that I know about...
Ceres : Drain powers by touch, can get any power but only works on mutants, must be able to touch the person (so Ghost would be currently immune as she can not touch people, nor can they touch her).
Elvin : Illusions, telepathy, and a very limited ability to 'sense' things. Uncontrolled visions. All mind related. Very limited against anybody who has resistences to mind abilities.
Joon (shortened sorry) : Enhanced speed, str, physical attributes. Can master just about any type of weapon. Not clear on this but possibly stealth?
Wog (again shortened  ) : Fly, Shapeshift, control and immunity to fire. Some unknown way to dissapear and reappear behind his enemies (Please explain how this is actually accomplished )
Redsoxfan3 : Unknown yet..
Anyhow, now everybody can add either two 'low powers' that make sense to the character. (For example lets take REV. Giving him some sort of water power..well that would not be good.) Explain why they make sense please .
OR (and NOT both)
They can enhance a current ability. (So Ceres can give her character a ranged drain, but it would start out a small area and slowly grow over time).
The reason for this is the meteor is more active, and that means new or enhanced powers are showing up.
and one Bonus. These are something that once used is GONE. If you take a weapon/vehicle/ect as a perk then you may have to pay for them but even if destroyed they can be gotten back. A bonus is similar to a perk, but is a one time thing. (Ie somebody owes you a favor, once called in that is it). Again, no powers, ect. Enjoy
Oh and if I think it is too powerful compaired to the others, I reserve the right to overrule any perk/power/bonus. Sorry, but trying to keep everybody as close in power level as I can so everybody enjoys the fun.

So 1 perk, 2 minor powers, 1 one-time bonus, right?
ummm... I'm kinda stuck with my powers, that will require some serious thought.
Edit: or maybe since my powers don't come from the meteor I shouldn't bother thinking about minor powers anyway? (I can do pretty much what I like as it is)

Oh shoot! I got a perk already! I will just use the original Gundam Heavyarms, no upgrades yet. Got this from wiki and edited some of the data just for the use of this RPG. Here is the link for the original data where I copied it.

Nande, nande... I really don't have that much feeling for melee. With this, I think I will use my Gundam frequently than my personal power . Maybe I should study Rouge better. But I will still try! It's kinda challenging. Oh, and I could have range drain like the one that Gemini has? Hmm...interesting!

For the powers it's easy considering my character dislikes the use of weaponry but is not very offensive himself. Also he lacks some defense.
-Mind shock: Can temporarily disorient an opponent within a reasonable radius and if the character is not tired/has the time to focus it can effectively immobilize. Naturally the strong version drains mental strength.
-Forcefield: Surrounds the character with a protective shield that decreases the inertia of of objects aimed at him. A thrown rock, a punch and such things will be slowed down before hitting the character but of course bullets and laser are out of touch. Mental strain depends on the force used against him.
Not sure about the bonus yet.

I was pretty indirect earlier but still am about disabling than killing. Try to pull off anything and you will have a headache you will not soon forget
Funny part is that my usual approach in games is deal as much damage in the least possible time

Just think of my guy as a perfect human in terms of strength etc. Not anything superhuman. Something a worlds best guy at something can do I can do in this RPG.
