I like the creatures but... i dont want another faction with 7 humans...
And these faction is meant to be evil and cruel.

I have some ideas of these towns.
I really dont know which concept to use... here is some ideas. Choose your favorite or come with your own ideas.

1. Sea Pirate Faction.
2. Normal Bandit Faction on land, but i dont like that concept as the Nomads should be the land pirates.
3. Un-upgraded creatures stay on land and upgrades becomes sea and sky pirates.
4. Sky Pirate Faction.

My favorite is 3 but i dont know about Sky Pirates... i mean the racial skill will be very hard to do if there will be a ship in it.
Why would Sky Pirates want an Sea Ship and normal pirates an sky ship?

I think Sky Pirates should be removed from an pirate faction.


This is another idea.
Un-upgraded is non-pirates, just bandits etc.
Upgrades are Pirates.
Town Specialization Upgrades are also non-pirates and more like bandits.

Never mind, just come with ideas.
And Outlaws is a great name, when we have the right concept (there must be pirates in it, because the Naga must have allies) we will make the town name.

Okey after a bit thinking... 6 humans are good ;P
But ATLEAST one monster/creture and i would not like an pirate as an tier 7.


Tier 7 Creature. Kraken or H4 Super Sea Monster?
Also we need a flyer.

Here's an Idea:

Instead of normal growth, every week you get captured or inducted groups of Humans, Elves, Nagas, or Orcs.  Usually (in a city with the Castle) you would get 12 of each.  The Kiddnaper's guild allows you to aim your efforts toward certain areas, (eg, towards Naria, Irollan, HGE, or Ranaar) in order to get more of a certain type.  Humans have high attack and defense, Elves have high defense and speed, Orcs have high attack and damage, and Nagas have high attack and hitpoints.  You then buy a unit (eg, Admiral) and choose from one of the 4 possible races.  Say you chose the Nagas:  You get the

Naga Admiral:
Attack - 28 (24 + 4)
Defense - 19
Damage - 20-24
Initiative - 6
Speed - 5
HP - 160 (135 + 25)
Abilities: Sea-Affinity, Lead-the-charge, Ranged Shooter. +Caster (SPELLS), +Large Creature, +Resist Cold

H5 had new era of graphics to compensate, h6 wont have any of those if it goes out so soon. H5 is merely an year old so h6 can't be successful (atm) without being a larger game than h5.
You can't compare it to original number, since expansions are already out, and id rather play h5+expansions than h6 with less of everything.


I want 50 factions, so keep them comming

JK, 40 would be enought™.

But keep in mind that i will make all the normal towns first i think or i will make the towns in "campaign order".

I really never liked the idea of a pirate faction set in a MEDIEVAL fantasy world. yeah, the gremlins have a prototype of guns, but the wizards are in that sense the most advanced faction in the game. Why? Because KNOWLEDGE is their thing.

Why screw up Inferno now that it is finally a fun faction? The only thing that's to dislike about this faction now is the weakness of the horned demons. Beef them up and bit and you have perfect cannonfodder. Otherwise, their units are great.

Why are wyverns with the orcs? Just because the new expansion features an orc faction with a wyvern like beast? It should stick in the reptile town really. Bring back the behemoths!

And what's wrong with Dark elves? Yeah it sucks that they took over Dungeon, which I still feel should be a full monster town ruled by Warlocks. But a few dark elfs do fit in there. Exotic and evil.

Humans will never change.

As for the elves, Druids and rangers are the main stuff, don't lose the treants, unicorns and green forest dragons though.

Dwarves was a joke faction, go with a norse mythology faction.

Undead needs better ghost dragon.

Have you given magic a thought?

I liked the idea of combining the four 4 elemental schools with 4 specialized schools, bringing H3 and H5 together. Thus having 8 schools in H6, with each spell being featured in 2 schools (Such as Meteor shower in both Destructive Magic, and Earth Magic). The effect of the spell would be increased if the hero happens to master BOTH of the schools the spell is featured in. But he can already learn it by mastering either of the schools. I think this would be quite dynamic and offer interesting strategies, as well offer more possibilities than just "dark magic" or "Fire magic".. Which on their own is nothing different from what other magicians may know.

By combining schools the hero can really make himself a unique magician. And be a bit more unpredictable.

The only possible pirate creature with gunpowder is the Cannon. And none of the creatures are final yet.

The Infero Sucks part was a bad joke (because many people say that it does...).
And i cant use all the old creatures and the same line-ups, this is HoMM 6 not an super expansion.
And as i said no creatures are final.

Wyverns. Then i will remove the Serpent Flies because we MUST have an naga male creature.
This would make the naga male a tier 2 creature...
Rocs would probably replace the Wyverns. Behemoths are most likley going to be the mercenary Nomad towns tier 7 creature.

There will be no Dark Elven creatures but heroes are possible.

Okey.

I think i will remove the Centaurs from Sylvan.
The Sylvan line-up will look like this (still not final) .

1. Wisp
2. Ranger/Archer
3. Druid
4. Pegasus Rider
5. Unicorn
6. Treant
7. Green Wyrm

I still dont know...
Ranger should be atleast tier 3.
Maybe we should make the Druid sylvans magic hero?

Also i plan to change the Nomad line-up too:

5. Rakshasa
7. Behemoth

the ranger has always been sylvans traditional might hero, so if its a unit, then you will either need to change it to a hunter, or to a prowler.

with the druid, druids have always traditionally been a unit, so including it as a hero would be unwise.

erm... no.
The only heroes game that druids were creatures in was H1, H2 and H3.
They where magic heroes H3 and H4.

Yes, we can make druids creatures but then we will have to scrap the Pegasi Riders.
The current line-up is:

1. Wisp
2. ???
3. Archer/Shooter
4. Pegasi Rider
5. Unicorn
6. Treant
7. Green Wyrm

Also here are some possible hero names for pirates:

Magic:
Evoker

Might:
Taskmaster
Bucchaneer

No towns yet. The Settlement will be the first Mercenary Town.

Also can anyone suggest a flyer for the Nomad/Settlement creatures???

The presence of the Elves is missing. My suggestion is to add atleast new original Elven unit. It can be anything; Tiger Rider,  Sharpshooter, a kind of Forest Warrior, etc. I think that the Wisp fits the Conflux more than it fits Sylvan. Pegasi Rider sounds good. I don't see a reason to switch the Archer with the Hunter.

Sounds okay. The change about Haven will be more about the design and the additude rather than the creatures' line up, so you have nothing to be worried about.

And i dont see how wisps belongs to the elementals. The Wisps of Nahsa are forest spirits.
I cant take hunters because they are planned for haven.

I will probably change the Ogre Chief to Ogre Magus.

I need suggestions for a Academy tier 6 creature please...

If you have played Warcraft 3, there is an unit called Obisdan Statue/Destroyer, but i dont like it.
And i dont like the Wight, Death Knight and Mummy either. I will try to find something.

Medusas are swamp naga. Also i plan to change that list.
I dont like the idea with corrupted naga males, i will probably make them like Royal Guards or something like that.

What connection do the Hunters have with Haven? Hunters in the Forest make much more sense.

The Wood Elves wants to protect the animals of the forest, and not hunt them down and kill them.
They are "overprotecktive".

The Humans has come to new rich grasslands where there are many, many diffrent species of beasts and animals.
Hunting has become a sport for them and also bring the Empire much food.

So i think it makes sense.

Ahhhhhh!!!!! I really don't see what people think is so cool about a mercenary / nomads / thieves / outlaws based town... They are OUTLAWS, they don't work with faction systems to begin with x.x

Besides, it would be a faction based on a simple ideology (anarchistic), not a race!
