Hello all:

Actually i have some problems:

1. In the dialog scenes The voices don't play but all the other sounds and the background music on them do play well. I re- dated all the internal files inside all the "All campaigns xxxxx.h5u" files but it persists.

2. When using the "Look and feel" versions (if the campaigns are played from the original ToTe exe , it doesnīt happen) the minimap is displaced to the upper left corner of the screen . I could fix that one, just including the old  "UI\AdventureScreen-heavy\UI\AdventureScreen-heavy\Minimap-heavy.(WindowSimple).xdb" from the original Tote (and re-dating it of course) in a new mod file and putting it inside the Look and feel folders(UserMods\H5 & UserMods\Hof)

EDIT: Another one appeared:
3. When using the "Look and feel" versions The Haven Training screen is not centered , now appears at the lower right corner and the upgrade buttons don't get the click when they are green, that includes the upgrade buttons and the OK button, so you can't train creatures (Yeah the red and yellow ones do the click animation , but anyways they don't have to function...Ha!). Seems in the patch these guys played with the coordinates for some reason
FIXED!: Just copying & re-dating the original ToTe files "UI\HavenTraining.(WindowScreen).xdb" and "UI\HavenTraining.(WindowScreenShared).xdb" into a patch mod.

So far these are the only ones i've found 'cause i'm starting H5 again and still am in C1M3, but surely there will be more UI problems in the towns of other races...

Seems to be that the issues with the Look & Feel versions are caused due to the fact that they are launched by modified Tote 3.0 exes, so the real fix would be that they will be made over modified 3.1 exes (cause 2 & 3 don't happen when you play from the integrated version lauched from the new main exe. The sound problem does happens in any case, though, so it has another cause) , so ...uh a new reedition of them will be nice

If someone has a clue on how to fix the first issue that will be great.

i just downloaded it myself and put it in the usermods folder after zipping it and found it doesnt work with the new patch i must of done something wrong

If you already patched to 3.1 that's normal.

The solution for now , until  a new version of the All Campaigns is released, would be  to unpack the .h5u files (they are just renamed .zips) , re-date the now-unpacked internal files and folders to a date posterior to July 20th 2008 (not that one) preferably using a tool that allows the re-dating of massive amounts of files (I use  Total Commander), and then repacking them to the .h5u using ZIP compression and keeping the file structure .

Also if you will use the "look and feel " versions you would want to make a patch mod following the  points 2) & 3) of my previous post. If you will play directly from the original exe it won't be needed.

Xazardous Menu Mod 3.1. update for the AllCampaigns Mod

Hi all,
I looked for an Xazardous Menu Mod for the AllCampaigns Mod for TotE 3.1 but it was nowhere to be found. So I did it myself

I tested it using Wine 1.0.1 on Ubuntu 8.10 but not on any other system. If you try it, please let me know if this works for you...

I have downloaded this mod from heroes-fr and it loaded with my tote 3.1

The problem is, I have finished Haven campaign in H5 (original not tote) and now decided to play campaigns under tote... do I have to replay the campaign again? Is there a way to unlock them or a way around it?

I'd apprecaite not having to do it all over again as it is more like a tutorial and it was boring from the start -.-

Well I'm sure there's a way but I don't remember how, and I never used it. However you can use cheats to instantly win a mission. Activate the console (if you don't know how read this guide), open it and type @Win() and press enter, and you will instantly win a mission.

I thought of that... but again, my hero will have no skills/xp whatsoever ^^; Nice idea though.

After posting, I came to realization; I'll have my friend who is just starting to pass me a save file and that'll do

The mod is not working for me. Is it because I am using Vista 64 bit?  What am I doing wrong?  I tried everything from downloading the zip files and extracting them straight to the /UserMods folder, extracting them to the game folder, etc.  The mods don't show up.  Do I have to activate the mods somehow?  What is the Load User Campaign option for?  Nothing show up there either after unzipping all the mod files.  I'd really like to play all the HOMM games and I was having trouble saving in the HOMM V (somehow, I can't load my games because after I save them, they disappear and game can't detect my saved game).  It looks like this mod is the best way to play all 3 games, since I can apparently save and load in TTOE, but I can't get the mod to work.

Please help. =(

Edit: Ok so, I am an idiot. I renamed the files back to .h5u extension and dropped it into the /UserMods folder. Now, the little icons for the 3 games shows up. However, there are no campaigns (nothing at all) underneath the tabs for the HOMM V and HoF, at least the ToE campaigns are available.  What am I doing wrong now?

Edit II: So, the campaigns are there, it's just that the HOMM V and HoF menu's are not visible. Of note, the dialogues and voices are not working either. The cutscenes show up with just the ambient music.

Edit III: I got the mod to work, and it's great, except some of the cutscenes don't play...I guess nobody is really reading this topic....

All works fine, but I canīt download "All_campaigns.cutscenes.h5u" (tried for the last few days without success).
Please, can someone re-upload it or upload on different server?

OMG! I'm playing The Expansion on Heroic difficulty (or whatever the hardest is), and I can't beat the AI's general because it has expert level dark magic and puppet master. Any advice?

That hero apparently has expert level light magic because she uses resurrect (or at least, the tome of light magic). She has 200+ spellpoints to my paltry 40 (and my hero has reached max level for that mission!).

It seems as though the computer has screwed me royally.

That enemy hero has swift mind, too. That map is literally impossible!
