I know I must've read it somewhere but I can't find it now..
can anyone tell me how to add my own portraits to Heroes III? do I have to get into ERM for that? even worse, must I omit other portraits to use them? I always thought Tyro was such a badass looking dude I want to incorporate him into HoMM3 and maybe Zam, Zom & a few others as well. please help or redirect me, thanks
