Dungeon

Hero - Cruel, crafty, and very intelligent
Average Dark Elf - Cruel, crafty and intelligent but not too much
Minotaur - Half Human and half bull, i dont think Minotaur are very intelligent but still the are brave and they are good slaves (Treachery 0%)
Hydra - not so intelligent
Shadow Witch - very intelligent
Shadow Dragon - Dragon Intelligence (dragons are much more smarter then any other animels)

Academy

Hero - crafty, and very intelligent
Gremlins - crafty
Gargoyle - intelligent?
Mage - crafty and intelligent
Djinn - super intelligent
Rakshasa - not so intelligent
Colossus - golems

No acadamy would probably be
hero- enlightened
gremlins- crafty
gargoyles- animated inanimate object dumb as a rock
golem- most golems are programmed to do their masters whim
mage-intelligent
djinn-thousands of years of experience
rakshasa- powerful spirits bound by arcane chains very intellegent
colossus-see golem

Skeletons are midless either animated by dark magic or by necromancers
zombies-some are headless*hint*
ghost-vengeful spirits which will exist until banished *hint*
vampire- immortal*hint* over time they are Uber intellegent

all dragons are intellegent sentinent children to the elemental dragons they are superior to all other races except the oldest and wisest djinn/rakshasa/vampire

giovanni had not the gifts of the spider godess and arantir would've slain him anyway

Perhaps the wisest are the Wizards they created most of their armies including Colossus and Titans. Necromancers aren't stupid either they are close second. Third wisest is bit harder to choose but gotta give credit to Dark Elfs who created somewhat unique castle. How does the Hydras come down from the way above will always be mystery. Always plotting something vicious, the creatures itself might not be the smartest besides the witty ladies.

Dumbest fanction must be Orcs. Even the Dungeon ladies had decency to cover up their Oompa Loompas. Creatures are bold and stupid but how can you be not liking them? But i must say Humans are pathetic losers. You might respect their honor and their trust for griffin empire but they are mindless nitwits. You only need to take down their captain and they are lost like headless chickens. Alaric had brains but did he do any good for Griffin Empire? Well... Godric was the good guy, pure at heart but not as clever. I heard he does Sean Conner imitations now days. That pretty much summarizes everything... except of course the "lovely" Queen oh yeah can't forget that, what a doll. Haven creatures are also above average intelligence except the Angels. Paladins have my deepest respect but you don't need brains for CHAARGE!

Other races are pretty smart but they often spend too much fighting each others. Smart individuals i might say but not loyal enough. This is very true on Infernos part but i can imagine it can be very boring at times in hell. Does the dead demons resurrect (live forever what ever) in hell if they die there? And did Agrael lost his "unlimited lives" when he turned on good side? So many questions and so little answers.. Dwarfs (Runemages) are exactly the same as Demonlords! What a brotherly love whit Wulfstan and Rolf (what a laughable name btw). Dwarfs aren't stupid they have some friggin woodoo sh*t whit them! They have good ideology i must admit, think for yourself don't meddle whit affairs witch doesn't concern you. "For the Clan, for the Blood". I think these old timers would sell their mammas for peace of gems. Don't know, don't remember did Dwarfs make those pet Dragons at least they aren't living... Made in Hong Kong *myth busted*. Last and the very least are the Rangers of Sylvan. Similar to the Dwarfs in a way that they are also pretty self centered. They aren't selfish as the Dwarfs but you don't hear world domination plans from them either. They will rush in aid if the world seem to be in danger. Humble gesture id say, reminds me of elves from the LotR where they came to rescue humans at the last moment. Elves died and humans celebrated their victory, how nice (remember the H5 campaign where Sylvan and Haven made alliance to memorize and respect their old alliance. I wounder where they took that part from).

So in the end every fanction is intelligent. Others will use raw power to get what they want, some will defend and fight for the very end of their civilization and the rest will just manipulate others to archive an easy victory.

Of course you forget that Vampires, Liches, and Spectral Dragons are immortal and imagine the huge amount of experience that they have acumulated from the battles. And the Wrights are Death itself, they are here before the first humans appeared on Earth. So these creatures Have spend their entire experience in combat and in planning strategies of fighting. They do not sleep, you know... And The most lethal thing is that they have no emotions, their mind is allways ompartial, they are not influenced by anger, hate, happyness, etc. That is why The Necropolis is the most inteligent and eficient faction. I am sure that you agree with me and you will excuse my english

Your english is fine. But lacking emotion doesnt make you intellegent. A Tiger kills without emotion because thats what it does to stay alive. But it doesnt make it more intellegent. And by default pretty much if you dont have a mind you cant actually get more experienced in battle

The tiger kills without emotion and he does that thing perfectly because he has no emotions. When you are too angry or to happy your mind is a little slower and you do not pay so much atention to all of the details. That is why I consider the Necropolis the most effective and inteligent. But still you have an interesting point of view.

Technically speaking the AI could perfectly destroy me in some computer games. That doesnt make it intellegent though since its programmed to do so . It cant learn anything its not taught. Thats how i think of undead. Yes they cna be told to kill other people and how to do so, But they have no actual adaptability (Maybe the vampires and liches do).

Agreed, but they are not machines, like the AI, they have a human mind with adaptability, and all others features of the human mind. A human mind with lots of experience. Very dangerous in my opinion.
