Me?
I would summon all weapon wielding creatures one by one, take their weapons then banish them. Then I'd have the largest medieval weapons collection in the world. I would enjoy it for a while and I when I get bored I would sell for untold fortunes and enjoy my life to the fullest.

As for what creatures I'd summon: an emerald dragon for a pet and flying taxi, and an archmage to teach me some nifty spells
