QP.do's and Donts'
I was thinking since many do not bother reading the C0C. It would be helpful to post this in reaction to many questions.
Whats a QP?
QP stands for Quality Point.
It's Mod's way to show an appreciation for a certain post of a member.
The post needs to be really efficient, really productive, creative, or just especially pretty.
Differnt zones of the forum has their own criterion for reciving QP's.
Why would I want a QP?
Coase QP looks really good on an avatar, gives you some kind of status and position among members, especially veterans, and oldies. The more stars one have the better poster he is, and is seen by the mods\community memmbers itself.
3 stars (3 QP's) will remove your '20 post for 24 hours' limint.
4 stars (8 QPs) will give you the power to ignore a Flood protect, means you can only post so much in a 24 hours time.
5 stars (15 Qps?) will give you to rate posts,posts rated "to delete", will be deleted.
Do's
To get a QP, you must work really hard.
for exemple, create a really spectacular or original creature in the WOG and H5 Modders Workshop, or Some really good RP in the glade, a well done game in the Tavern, or some truely good discussion in the Other Side of the Monitor.
The one place you cant get QP's is the Wastelands. The Wastelands is an OT-spam section, and posts there are deleted once per a while. QP threads are being better reserved then not QP.
If someone posted something that really deserves to earn a QP in the Wasteland section,the corrent Mod of the same section moves the thread elseware in the forum, to a more suitable place, usually the Tavern
,and there Grants it a QP.
Be yourself when writing a post, the QP's will come by themselves.
Dont's
Do not ask for a QP.
This is called QP beg. If there is one thing Mods hate is QP beg.
While QP begging seems like a harmfull thing to the begging memmber it looked down by the heroescommunity,and the modorators as one,plus,it makes the begger look like an immeture person.
Do not insult.
Any kind of insult is unaccpetable. Direct, or not, on purpose or not.
Do not curse at all. Refrain yourself from using the F word, the S word, and whatever english Alphabet words there are that can be seen as curses,refrain from using them.
Such Actions will not only end in reducing your Quality Count, but they also give you a bad repution in the community.
Wars between two or more memmbers are called Flame. A flame better be kept personal, however if the flame escalate into swearing, and abusive language, one can also gain a temporery ban,if not permanent one.
Do not breach the laws; this includes posting about Warez or giving links to it, mainly.
Do not do it,warez is illigal and could get the site to problems. A post includes this will be bound to deletion, and the memmber will be punished accordingly.
OH NOES i made a mistake and now i get panalized aaa! 
 Not excally,before a panalize you will recivie a warning, if its your first 'crime'. however if you repeat it, nothing will save you.

CODE OF CONDUCT
It is important that all members of the Heroes Community read the following guidelines. They have been devised based on years of experience to ensure that the Community will remain as honorable and rewarding as possible. 1) NO insults, abuse, racism or sexism.
Insult is a remark that undermines another person. A simple way to avoid insulting people is to discuss their actions and opinions rather than their personality. For example: instead of saying who they are ("you suck" or "you are an idiot") say what you think about their opinions/actions and why ("Your post about me is wrong because I never said that heroes 4 is a bad game" or "I disagree with your opinion because centaurs have more hit points than gnolls"). This simple rephrasing strategy can resolve many conflicts and fights before they even happen, both online and in life.
2) NO bad language, profanity, vulgarity or swearing.
Censored vulgar words may be implied, but only for non-insulting purposes. To do this, the vulgar word must be replaced entirely with ***** characters by holding the SHIFT key and pressing the number 8 key (US keyboards). For example: f*** is not allowed, while **** is allowed, given that the statement is not an insult.
Note: posts or public profile settings in languages other than English may be removed without notice, as moderators often have no easy way of verifying whether they contain a breach of Heroes Community Code of Conduct.
3) NO pornography, illegal software, warez, hacks, cracks, keygens or related discussion.
This includes discussing game information that is protected under Ubisoft's Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4) NO spam, junk posts, thread killing, flooding or flaming.
Junk post is a post that fails to address the topic of discussion and fails to provide intellectual or humorous stimulation, or put simply: off topic, not interesting, not funny. Thread killing is making unserious posts in a serious topic, which discourages other posters from continuing their serious discussion. Flooding is creating several threads in a short amount of time. Spam is creating several replies that contain one or two sentences in a short amount of time.
Note that junk posts, thread killing and spam are allowed in the Volcanic Wastelands forum.
Creating a second username in order to surpass the daily post limit or to spam/flood is prohibited.
5) NO discrimination against newcomers or inexperienced players.
Messages that state or imply that someone is unworthy, inferior or not welcome due to their lack of experience with this community, computers, internet or the game will be treated as insults. Use of rephrasing strategy suggested for insults above is recommended in combination with positively helping other members learn (for example, instead of calling someone a "noob" tell them why their strategy will not work). A true expert always lends a hand because he is confident in his abilities. A bully pushes everybody off to be king of the hill because he is insecure about his abilities.
If you believe that you have been discriminated against, notify a moderator. Newcomers and inexperienced players, however, may not use this rule for provocation (see below). If a newcomer or inexperienced player is spaming or sabotaging your discussion in the face of your polite requests not to, notify a moderator.
6) NO provocation or aggravaion.
Provocation is unfriendly behavior that causes anger or resentment from others. Aggravation is causing, continuing or increasing irritation or trouble. This includes being a detriment to the peacekeeping of the forums.
Each member is solely responsible for their own conduct - no amount of provocation or aggravation from someone else will justify the action of breaking the rules. Instead of responding to a member who has offended you, alert a moderator about this situation and let them deal with it, keeping you out of trouble.
7) NO moneymaking schemes or unauthorised advertising.
Approval from the administrator must be obtained before any product, service, offer or web site can be advertised.

I guess that could be right, but maybe it is just a way of rewarding a post, to show the poster that they have done something that has actually contributed to the forum. Like you said, it needs to b efficient and productive, but I disagree with you saying that is just especially needs to be pretty. That is not true.
I mean, sure that might help, but for example, if the poster had really bad writing, but his post was really informative, then that would maybe get him/her a QP. Now, having bad writing isn't necessarily being "pretty" now is it?  
But other than that, good guide.

When i wrote that i did not mean the writing to be pretty,but the post,IE a song,a picture,an idea,a poem,a story,everything that does not nesserly means writing.
Im very against that a post earning a QP must be carefull planned and written with percet grammer. i think that grammer is the least thing that would give a QP.

If you would also link to CoC where you speak about rules I would even call it good.

i think you missed something it will remove floodprotect only while editing posts. 4 stars removes it completely

And btw, Threads that are rated "To Delete" will not always get deleted.
I have come across many threads that have that rating, yet they are not deleted.
