Dark Messiah Map walkthrough
With help of Elvin, i decided to make a Dm map thread. The map is for TotE and it is in a thread in the modders workshop where everyone can download it.
************Be warned. Spoilers ahead*****************
You starts with Sarth. Go down to the road and follow it to a garrison. It's pretty weak and dull, so after beat him just follow the road to stonehelm. There is it a necromancer. kill him and build mageguild level 4 in stonehelm. next day a necromancer will go to stonehelm, but not reach it on one day. Build castle and let he attack. You beas him easliy, but he has undead cyclops, but not real match. Follow they way down to a new necromancer and kill him. he is better than the two other necromancers. Build a boat and sail to the island fast. there is a powerful necroguy on the sea, but it is still beatable if he attacks you. on the island you shall get the battle mages nd attack the pao-kais. Take with you the army beside the flying crazy monster and kill the orcs. Put the crystal on the shrine. Now you leave to northeast and finds a ser hut(military post). The Haven MP requires edge of balance(not far away) and Academy requires Titans fork(or what else it is called) go back to the redskull island and go down the stairs. Visit the three sacrifice shrines, each guarded by some cyclops and co. When you have visited everyone, Aratrok appears and stops before the skull. Now you shall be hopefully able to beat him. Remember to upgrade all mages to battle mages, marksman to crossbowman and footman to squire. After killing Aratrok, take the skull. Then aratir appear and kills you But thanks to Xana that revives you, you start as a Kreegan i mean demon, but you are level 3 and no artifacts. Follow the path to the cyclop and you defeat him easliy. take with you the joining stack and go up the stairs. now you get a wonderful surprise. Levels, lot of levels.. set sail for the Inferno MP and sail back to redskull island. Go underground and attack the cyclops guarding the urgash' helm. Go back to the MP and 9 arch demons join you. If you meet a ne at cromancerthe sea and hunts you, no be afraid and kill him/her with your powerful spells. Set sail with your new army to Heresh, or more directly, Nar-Ankar. They aren't so strong actualy if you did it right. Now you get an even stronger army and take the portal to underground. take the planetarium and the crystal of knowledge and go south over the bridge. you will find three necromancers, but you DON'T need to attack them. take the portal and you will face Arantir. All your sweat from the necro campaign is just throwed away, becouse Arantir have max 40 mana and against me, he strted with 0 He is pretty easy to beat. Now you get the choose to save Asha or free the demons. I saved Asha, becouse i owed her that becouse she revived Sareth. Congratulations. You won the map. In my opion, it should be a great, big campaign, instead of a very great map. Cheers to Marzhin for the map.

so nobody was able to get to the end of the map?
anyhow you can beat aratrok by getting more troops such as titans and cavalries. all you have to do is go to the north eastern island on the map where you'll have two quests in the haven and academy military posts. afterwards there is a slight cutscene which i dont want to spoil but there is also an inferno military post which you'll need, its located to the south west of the island that you can go to the underground to get the skull of shadows.
after the cutscene you should head to the west where you'll be able to confront the necromancers and from there go to another part of the underground to the big ending

You can use magic against Aratok and nothing happens.
EDIT: How do you enable cheating in this map? 'Cause I lost too badly and can't get any more units, and none of the creatures on the map have "Quantity does not grow" marked.

Move the map in the DMbin to Maps. Then it should appear as a custom map i think.

Actually scratch that. I tried it and it doesnt. Btw you should probably get a ballista. Sareth should have some crazy knowledge and insane attack

Yes, but only 20 units. If this was looking for group I would be fine. Its not.

I had no problem with units. But I only recruited the inferno units afterwards. When I think of it two stacks wanted to join my army and I dismissed them. It's rather straightforward. Take the XP and buy as many artefacts as you can. Gold can be useful if you want extra troops (for instance 69 slayers asked for loads of money to join).

How do you get the inferno creatures? The guards will not open it's gates to anyone that serves asha

Im guessing you have to go after you become a demon. if not that then after you destroy nar-heresh (which kinda wouldnt make sense since you get a ton of units then)
Dayster, try splitting your units into 1 stacks and keeping your ballista alive as long as possible. If that still doesnt work try going to the inferno outpost and see if they help( i have no idea if they do) and at worst just restart the map and go faster.

I have started the map myself, I'm about to face Aratrok but apparently I should do something else first he's too strong  Since I'd rather finish that on my own don't bother replying with the solution, it's probably in the masterpost that I deliberately avoided reading

Please, on the first difficulty you ask for cheats..? How can you enjoy a game that way?

well i can play with no cheats but it's hard to because of the spectral, i almost won but that weird thing screwed the battle X_X

en..because the hero starts with destructive magic..
so why not use a spell to kill the Spectre

because i spend it on cyclops 
and the footman also helped to kill the cyclops and zombie and magic on zombie also he almost killed my footman
