a little offtopic 
Is there a mod that replaces Green, Emerald and Crystal Dragon with Firebird, Phoenix and Thunderbird NOT in german but in english?
Where can I download it?

Little off-topic : just to say that this version is french ^^
There's no mod replacing the sylvan dragons with the birds in other language than german, also the 3 birds are available in the NCF mod, in english.

Upload the mod in German and someone can replace the texts in it with those from the NCF birds mod (in fact you can do it yourself, it's very easy - open up the German mod in WinZip, WinRAR, 7-Zip or whatever, look in the Texts folder (probably) and edit the files in there by copying the NCF descriptions over - which I presume are in English).

Already did it. But I think that Thunderbirds and Phoenixes need a little change:
Phoenix
atk 32 <- decrease to 31.
def 26 <- decrease to 25.
dmg 30-60
hp 100 <- IMO should be changed to 125, 130 or even to 150.
spd 13 <- decrease to 11.
ini 13 <- decrease to 12.
abilities:
Large Creature, Living Creature, Rebirth, Fire Shield, Immune to Fire, Flyer.
Thunderbird
atk 28 <- decrease to 26.
def 32
dmg 25-50 <- decrease to 20-40.
hp 200 <- increase to 210.
spd 12
ini 14
abilities:
Large Creature, Living Creature, Immune to Air, Immunte to Water <- Remove, Agility, Flyer, Prismatic Breath <- change to Storm Strike(Thunder Thane attack ability).
What do you think? Could anyone do that?

Regarding Rust Dragon, I haven;t really put much into it, sorry but I have a few other things right now. Good news is I'm slowly becoming more involved in the modding community again. I needed a break from all those numbers and codes. From after I finish this, I'll just stick to texturing.
Regarding the Azure Dragon, a little late yes, but I guess the best thing to do would be to use the Firebreath, because it is after all a dragon, and change the description from its original. I like the stats, as they make the Azure powerful, but not overpowered.

2x2, Flyer, Unlimited Retaliation, Magic Proof 50%, Fire Breath, Flamestrike, Torpor
I decided to use the flamestrike because making it the lightning one wouldn't make sense, the attack goes either forward, left, or right, and we don't want our fire bouncing between everything!

I mean that when I finish with this mod, I will no longer to any programming, because it's a pain. Instead I will only do textures and the occasional rebalancing etc. Nothing big though.

LOL, the biggest thing i am expecting myself to mod is the Azure Dragon, and the Re-textured Necro, they got too much effects which i suck at.

I actually like the Upper left Azure dragon, shiny maybe...but it at least have contrast, look at its tail compared to the two others.

I love the eyes of the Twilight Dragon, but do you think you can try out some different hues and colors? The purple is nice, but it looks almost exactly like Black Dragon.

Chew on what you just wrote, what looks exactly like black dragon? 
It dosent have armor, neither the same colors or wing details. You mean the purple is too similar of the blackie or the rust blackie? 
I'll consider to change as long as I understand what you mean exactly.

Here is what I would recommend:
1) Make the head a sharper texture.
2) Make the cyan colored body parts glow brightly.
3) Make the purple darker.

Puh! Took some time but ok, heres some adjustments
It may look a bit foggy, less detailed the full overhaul version, oculdnt make it darker and save the details of the muscles without adding more color
