Dragons are fun! (I wonder if there's firebreathing in the full version  )

I'm actually getting into this game now... it's funnier than I imagined, and this isn't even the full game, not even the full creature generator actually

Alright, who else has it? I bought it yesturday on my way home from college and spent the whole night messing around with the creature creator, and I've barely even tapped into whats possible.

The thing keeping me from buying is the install limit. I'm not a huge fan of DRM's and companies treating me like some of pirate.

Spore is very impressive game, able to combine several element of good strategy game, like RTS and civilization (phase 3 and 4), i don't know what to say about phase 5, but it's my most favourite phase, because in this phase i can take over the whole galaxies and bend many races to my ancient dragon race's will 
But the best thing about this game is the creator tool, it's so powerful, the potential of this tool is so great.
Dragons are impressive, they're so majestic. I'm a dragon lover.
I manage to create a dragon like spaceship.
Here:
The creator tool is very impressive, i can't imagine that i finally succeed in creating a dragon like space ship for my ancient dragon race.
As for the color, i can't think of it, i always sucks in painting.

Well, as for now i left it completely uncolored (white).
The hardest part is its head, then the body, then the eyes, the rest is easy. At first, i almost give up searching for a glowing eyes, but there are plenty of it in Effect, for this one i choose the Halycon Days, as imo it's almost like a dragon eye, and it's glowing with blue light too.

I've downloaded the Demo, and for what I've seen from the game, it's very impressive at least. Though when you try to create a Beholder (or any hovering creature) the creature falls on the groud as soon as you exit the create mode

Wookie, better let me know what video card you have, I had troubles running it on an X800 Pro (256 MB RAM) and 1GB RAM. It might have some issues with certain cards.
Instalation limits? Never heard about those, can you be more precise?

Well, there are no games that combine many things like this before, so i'd say it's impressive even if i'm dissapointed about two things too. First, i wonder why the AI (my enemies) also using my spaceship, i created it only for my race, but they use it as if it's theirs, but i'm not sure, maybe other alien guy far from my empire will use different thing. Second, i think when in space age, the way we can interact with another civilization is kinda limited, there should be more primitive civilization in space age, and an option for giving/trading tech, not only economic trade and make war.

ah, X1300, the game will work fine.
About the 3 instalations stuff, heh, they had the same issue with Hellgate London or Bioshock, don't remember exactly, i was too drunk at that time.
They removed this, due to the customers' complaints. So, if this is really in, it will be removed, no need to worries. The game is great, even for someone like me who is not really into that gendre, so i reccomend it 100%.
