Ultimate needs 4 kills instead of 5 ToE
Hello, is there a mod that replaces the 5 skills into 4 only to reach ultimate in Trives of the East ???

You only need a total of 4 skills (including Racial) to begin with...so no there is no such mod.

If Inferno is wrong, ask alcibiades, I'm pretty sure I've seen a mod like this somewhere.
Edit: http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=18600. Scroll down to the bottom, there is a link for HoF. This is the best I can do for you, it may work, it may not - at the very least, it will not change Orcs. Alternatively, Inferno is right - I don't know since I don't own TotE.
