I think I've only met person who went to it. He didn't say much. He was telling me about rolling one up on the hood of a cop car.

It's Lay Down by Melanie. She performed at Woodstock, but the song is about Woodstock and was written afterwards.
She still plays in New York clubs.
That video sucks, but it's the only one I could find.
