I like your ideas, but Rampart hero shoud be Ranger or Captain, or something, but NOT Green Warrior... the funniest idea I ever heard.

Also some stat ideas for tier 3, im doing no alt upgrade. the creatures could be upgraded twice. In an expension there comes a alt upgrade, that one will be also upgraded one time more

Initiative: 7
Speed: 4 (slow)
Shots: None
Mana: 0
Range: None
Cost: 110
Recruit Amount: 10/week
Slow, average health, low initiative and damage, quite low cost, high recruit amount.
Abilities: Large Shield. Bash.
Squire Tier 3 First Upgrade
Attack: 5
Defence: 9
Hit Points: 23
Damage: 2-5
Initiative: 8
Speed: 4 (slow)
Shots: None
Mana: 0
Range: None
Cost: 145
Still slow, worthy upgrade, high health, still low damage but average initiative, Shield Allies makes it a great defender and garrison unit.
Abilities: Large Shield. Shield Allies. Armoured. Bash.
Knight/Crusader (help me choose) Second Upgrade
Attack: 7
Defence: 10
Hit Points: 29
Damage: 3-5
Initiative: 9
Speed: 4 (slow)
Shots: None
Mana: 0
Range: None
Cost: 230
Again: still slow but great health, nice damage if you combine it with the 'Cleave' ability, high defence, quite low attack but worthy initiative. Magic Proof 25% makes it even tougher. Quite high cost but you get what you pay for!
Abilities: Large Shield. Shield Allies. Armoured. Cleave. Bash. Magic Proof 25%
Again: it could be useless, if it is please tell me ^^
