The War of 5/8 - OOC
Hello, I'm OD, also known as Omega_Destroyer over at Celestial Heavens. Awhile back, Mytical created an RPG on our forum called Twilight of Peace. After 242 pages, Mytical and I decided to move the RPG to this forum because Mytical has difficult accessing CH from her computer. Being the creator of the game and our friend, it would have been a shame if she was no longer able to participate. So we moved it.
The RPG really doesn't have a name, but there have been chapters for it. Chapter 1 was called Twilight of Peace, chapter 2 was called Dawn of War, and chapter 3 will be known as the War of 5/8. The game is a typical D&D style rpg with several players, whom I apologize for botching their names. Those individuals are:
WinterFate- Ranger
Ceres- Mageling (sorry, I can't remember if you are a wizard or a sorceress)
AlkarRahn- Wizard called Blake.
Mytical- Rune mage/ninja named Mitsu.
Vlad976- Fighter/Winter-werewolf
The Mad Dragon- Monk
Stefan - Thief
Elvin- Loser  . Just kidding. Fighter/Ranger
Omega_Destroyer- Sunrise Lord
That's the current roster. Anybody is welcome to join in on the game at any time. If you would like to join, just post your character here and I'll incorporate them when the opportunity arises.
As to the story, after 242 pages it's become a bit complicated, so I'll break it down by chapters. For Twilight of Peace, the heroes set off to stop someone named the Highlord. Upon defeating her, ancient evils were accidentally released across the lands. Dawn of War saw the heroes trapped in Ravenloft for two years, escaping to discover that the evils were attempting to take over the world with large armies. Here's a quick run down of who the participants are their known leaders:
Mind Flayers- Unknown
Storm Giants- Stratus
Demons- Unknown
Shadow Thieves- Jack
Northern Alliance- No offical leader
Gold Coast- Omega_Destroyer and Topaz
Undead- The Nightlord
Drow- Dhalia, avatar of Lloth
The War of 5/8 starts off with 3 of the armies defeated. I'll edit this later as to who fell so I don't ruin the story for anyone.
Anyways, I will start posting the story here shortly. I will also link to the Celestial Heavens Campire for anybody interested in reading the backstory. I look forward to moving the story here and welcome all to be a part of the story.
Oh yeah, this is where we'll post Out of Comment stuff.

You know I will be in on the fun. This rpg turned out a lot better then I ever hoped. Just sad to miss stefen and vlad. I was really hoping they would visit.

I have not heard anything from Mr. Vlada and TMD if they are going to join here or not only stefan told us that he wants to quit. But since I saw Mr. Vlada had an account here, maybe he'll still play. As for TMD, I have no news.

Ok. Got it up and running.
Elvin mentioned to me that it would be a good idea to explain who some of the npcs are, so here's a list.
Onyx- Mitsu's master and a powerful mage who has runes drawn all over his body. Has the charisma of a dead toad. Not easily fooled and slow to trust.
Jade- One of the longest npcs to stay with the party. Typical warrior who has a horrible time of staying alive.
Saphire- A bard with an inhuman (perhaps magical?) tolerance for alcohol. Has won a dozen drinking competetions.
Moon- Ranger Goddess who travels with the party. Very wise, very powerful, and very cunning.
Sun- A woman capable of mastering any craft. Destined to become the terror known as the Highlord. Was captured by the Powers of Ravenloft to help punish a being named D'jango. Eventually rescued. Stefan's lady.
Topaz- Formely known as Jasmin, a warrior cured of vampirism who became a solor knight for the temple of Lathander and wife to Omega. One of two to survive the destruction of the Gold Coast. Was hidden away in an indestructable golem until reunited with her husband.
Omega- Cleric of Lathander who became the last Sunrise Lord of the church, due to the church being destroyed. Married a former vampiress. Acted as the defacto leader of the group for a long time. After the destruction of the Gold Coast, he was cursed by the Nightlord's general. Eventually overcame the curse, reuntied with his wife and the heroes.
Oh yeah, almost forgot. I'll have you back in the story next post Misty.

Dead... toad...? So you mean I am inlove with a... 
EDIT: Just finished reading the update. Cool! And I am confused. If I'm correct then those three are Omega, Topaz and the Nightlord? Petrified?

It was just me having a Mytical moment Vlad.  . Sometimes easy to confuse.
Oh and just about nobody knows the NPC's full names. (What you don't think their legal names are Moon, Sun, Saphire, Jade, and Topaz do you?)
"Sun" - Sunrunner Kreights - Name was shortened for ease.
"Moon" - Lay'triana Tielith - Name comes from the fact that at one time she was a goddess of the moon in another dimension, and her moon white eyes. Nobody wants to try to pronounce her full name, and she dislikes it anyhow.
"Jade" - Elizibeth Jade Saber - Daughter of Jorn Saber. Since he had about a bazillion children, shortened their names to familiar themes so it wasn't so complicated. You want to keep your head..don't call her Elizibeth, Lizzy, Liz, or anything but Jade.
"Saphire" - Lavenda Saphenious Saber - Yeah, he really did name her Saphenious. Why? Only the voices in his head knows.
Topaz - Born Jasmine Demont no relation to Moon, Jade, Sun, or Saphire. But really good friends with them.

Yes and so is Sun. Moon is the only remaining living Moon elf. (Though at one time there were lots). Sun is the first ever Silver Elf.
