*Sigh* The new factions are possible thogether with the other MODs (if you can wait for 2011), But 24 maps! are you insane?! it will take forever. Why? you ask, well thats becaose:
1.Creatures: First you need to make 21 of them for each faction, but you need to make them as neturals first, Then town desing and their dwelling.
NOTE:
Well thats easy, but remembere you need 63 creatures and 42 dwelling (including upgrades) and dont forget to make a nice town that the dwelling will actually fit. And BTW you need to think of abilitys and stats for all of those 63 creatures including dwelling cost and map dwelling, and did i mentioned that you need to think of a special sercel for the 3 races and their heroes.
2.Heroes: Ok so you need about 6 to 11 heroes for each faction, All what you need to do is: draw/ find a picture for all heroes and creatures (you can use screenshots too), after that you need to make the heroes special abilitys and starting skills and a metching recial.
NOTE:
Dont forget to make new a hero class.

See! I made a lots of map very fast, and they are good. I think, 24 map don't imposible.

For new campaigns, you can't just put 4 or 5 random maps together, they need to be worked seriously, there needs to be a story with events and so on.
If you tell me that you'll complete your mod in a shorter timespan than ToK and that it wil be good, I'll just call you a fool 
Also, just for coherence, Ornella isn't just "dead", she's gone, her body has been consumed by the destruction of the seal ^^
Another point : Wolf/Winterwolf/Worg as level 1 ? As they've been released through NCF, they're level 4 creatures and need a lot of tweaking to make level 1 out of them.

...Yes. Well, before you even think about moving forward with this you'd best make sure to post in the NCF thread that you'd like 63 creature ID slots for three new factions.

Very, very ambitous, can't wait to see how this turns out.
I'm a bit sceptic to the story though, sounds a bit too much since it's still in Ashan. It's almost too original.

3.Map: So your maps are good and you make them fast...hmmm...If you make them fast and "good" (not good as "no evil" but as "great") in your eyes, i guess they will be like trees all over the place and smoot ground.
NOTE:
Remember you need to make special events and dialogs in the maps.
No offence but this project is all most impossible, Now we dont say that your ideas are bad or stupid we are saying that this project is long and in some point it might be even boring to do all of those stuff. So no offence ok?

Im not saying that this project is bad im saying that this project is lots of work, i mean 24 maps and 3 new factions, max two but 3?! and about the maps, i think 15 is enough.

You have to ask yourself - do you have the skill / time / willpower to make 24 maps, program and texture 63 creatures and three factions (that's over 100 texture files and thousands of hours worth of work)? Nobody says this isn't a fine idea. But there is only one modder in the entire world who has (almost) successfully programmed a semi-new faction, and nearly everyone with graphical skills is either working on their own projects or inactive. If there is some miraculous solution to all these problems, maybe this project will get off the ground... Hopefully. But false hope is such a waste.
