Yuup, got it! Also received one from Hexa.
Still waiting for Gimmickless and Shae_ to get theirs in to me. Come on guys, just start over. (Tip) The faster you go the easier it gets!
The map is so deceptively easy in the beginning that many players mess around for 7-10 days having fun and cleaning up the goodies. The AI can get to be a monster if you wait to long. You guys that already finished.... Try it again just for fun and pass your turn for 7 days. Just to see how bloody awful it can get.

With all due respect, Craig ...uh-uh. I managed to smash my way through it and catch the AI offguard with a bit of luck. But you have to be aggressive. (Which is good necro strategy anyway) By the way ..thanks for the little patch of Magic Plains near the home castle. It was a BIG part of me winning (hint hint)

Nope, the AI never got near my home castle. However, Magic Plains plus one first level spell gives you quite an advantage playing a map blind. Add in another first level spell, and you have a tremendous advantage.
I'll let you figure it out, but it has to do with planning your next move.

I humbly resign my "Heroes Player" title. I could not finish that map to save my life, even after restarting it three times. How'd I know that the AI would get dimension door three times around???
I hang my head in shame...
