File Hosting for HC
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but after many frustration on trying to download files here, I decided to say something.
I noticed most of HC members use speedyspace to host. Is there any particular reasons for it? The host delete the file with strict requirements so usually file don't last more than a month or even sometimes a week if nobody wanted the file early. And not to mention some countries are banned from using speedyspace for some reason I dont' know. Yes most files are deleted. And for those not deleted , I had to ask my friend from another country because it seems Singapore is banned from speedyspace.
I always use http://www.megaupload.com/ , I think its one of the best free file hosting out there.

slow...and files get deleted eventualy.speedyshare is best IMO,not sure about banned countries.also you could use Ihud,but its slow too.

Hmm are you mistaken? Speedyshare is the one that deletes file if nobody download for 7days and thats very common so usually after a month or less , file will be gone. Show me one file here from speedyshare thats not gone if its uploaded few months ago. Every file I tried to download , it says file was deleted other than those that were uploaded on Jan or late Dec 07.
Have you use megaupload before? Files thats been uploaded for years were still there when I download them. And I download from megaupload at 100-300KB depending on time of day.
Megaupload might not be the best out there as I heard some people can't download from it as well. Usually if you download their toolbar , it will allow you to download else you will be unable to download due to limits per day from your country.
If anyone has good file sharing host that actually last and do not have bans for some country/isp , please share them.

I've got some server space which i offer to ppl when they request it. It mostly has WoG scripts and files atm but i try to help anyone that needs the reliable space.
