What do you like to do on Saturday?
Haaaaa...finelly its Saturday, i will probablly spend it infront of the comp...but this Saturday im going to spend it with my dog.
So what do you like doing on Saturday?

lord_evil just in israel suterday is vocation day. in other lands sunday is vocation day.

Yes, in many lands(i think. myself live in Norway, have vocation from the school the whole weekend)Myself is going to be home alone the whole afternoon

Well for me, the weekend is the holiday or small break, then Monday to Friday is school. Weekend is Saturday and Sunday.

Depends. For instance in America there are a few people who hold Saturday as a holy day, and people who hold Sunday as one. A lot of companies let people take off on saturday and sunday. Tho those are becoming fewer and fewer. Some people however, work sat and sun. Some of us have different days of the week off.

I <3 saturdays. I go out with my friends or enjoy some "gaming" sessions. Yes, today is saturday and at 4 PM I will go out with my friends

Though I am a country gal, and prefer: Pristine forests, Babbling brooks, waterfalls, fountains, ect.
I have got to say, that is a beautiful town there Azagal. You have a talent for photography

xD thanks but I didn't take the picture. But Shibuya looks awesome no matter from what angle and no matter during what time! And well Tokyo wouldn't really qualify as "town" it's more like "megacity" . Ahhh I love this country (eventhough people usualy aren't very warm to gaijins [foringers]).

I don't get how people can stand living in small places... they're so dead but that's just my impression since I haven't ever lived in one (YES!!). I'm sure they have their advantages but comeon... there is nothing like the charm of this 8.5 million people city it makes you feel so alive when you walk arround shibuya life's good. Soooo much diversity.

Its the fresh air, the solitude you can achieve, and the wide openness that attracts me. Some have other reasons. Big crowds and me don't get along . Saturday for me is just another work day. Now wed/thur is a different story

You've got to explain that one to me . I've experienced townfolk to be much unfriendlier to me than people who live in a city (they don't see you as a hostile creature unlike townfolk who seem to think that every stranger is dangerous...ok that's a bit exagerated but you know what I mean).

Oh I am not talking about a small town. I am talking about backwoods type places. Where the only person for miles is yourself. Where you look out and see for miles and miles, and the only thing you see is trees and more trees (well besides hills and mountains hehe).
Now see my family is a bit different then you've probably run into. They were raised in what was once known as Southern Hospitality. You come to visit, you're family. Don't matter the color of your skin or anything else. You get fed till your near to explode, and welcome to whatever food and drink you can handle. We'd give the shirt off our back if you need it worse then us. That is also what I mean by openness.

Must be a nice place where you are from however I haven't found this to be true (except when I was in the countryside of Brasil) but in the end in depends on the individuals you encounter and not the place you are. And well yeah you wouldn't find this in the city I guess unless you are lucky to find good people.
Oh and about the soltitude... Well being the only person in a 5mile radius a bit much for me. I do this every summer with my family for 2 weeks and it's nice and relaxing for 5 days but after that I could use some excitment (not that it's boring with my family but you know partys, karaoke, action, whatever is not what you usually get in the mountains).

I bet. I think I would be lost for days there. Totally clueless, and an obvious country hick . If I ever go to a big city, deffinately have to first get a native to agree to show me around lol.
