Sorry, but do you mean..
Best Creature out of any town?
Best Town because of it's creatures?
Or something else? 
Best Creature (personally) is the ArchAngel. Maybe not the strongest, but has a decent ability and it's design is overall good.
Overall best town for me (because of it's creatures) is Sylvan. But that is because I just love the Elves. Dungeon is 2nd .

I believe he means what is your opinon of the best creature and best town out of the original h1-H5 and all of their expansion packs not made by fans. Also that they don't have to be the same (ie you can pick Red Dragon and Necropolipse, or Arch Angel and Haven or any combination you like). Yes, it has been done before, but I don't think it has been done at the same time.
I could be wrong however.
