In a way, I'm kinda glad I threw the team out.... Sad Weepinbell fainted.... Will a fainted pokemon still gain two levels? Also how many EV's do they obtain from one or two levels?

Fainted Pokemon still get XP yes. They gain one EV per each level after level 5, so Weepinbell gets 2 EVs.

EDIT:

Here are the other attacks/potential evolutions:
Matt:
Taillow – can evolve
Poli – can evolve
Weepinbell – learns Acid (KNOWS SIX – DROP ONE)
Ratman – can evolve

Let me know if anything looks amiss (Read: let me know if I missed a possible attack ). Also here are the statblocks for Weepinbell and Kirlia to help you decide on attacks:

Pokemon: Weepinbell
Type: Grass/Poison
Ability: Chlorophyll
Gender: Male
Level: 23
Held Item: NONE
Stats--
HP: 70
Attack: 53
Def: 35
Sp. Attack: 51 +15
Sp. Def: 32
Speed: 37
Moves:
Vine Whip
Growth
Wrap
Sleep Powder
Poison Powder
Stun Spore

Uhm, we'll have Poli evolve I guess....
Weepinbell can drop Growth for Acid (I've honestly never seen the point in stat reduction/increasing moves. Like honestly just smack the opponent till they're KO'ed! Like the good ole pokemon games!)

EV allocation(s)

Ratman's shall go in HP
Flaafy's shall (might as well not even be used, gosh he's bad. >.< ) go in defense
Weepinbell's shall go in speed
Taillow's shall go in Attack
Poli's shall go in Special Attack
and Wythir....ugh...another Flaafy.... what do I do with you.... uggghg...... put them in Attack I guess.... I mean it seems his move set are physical but.... uggggghhhhhh

Part of that is that you didn't allocate EVs for about half of your Pokemon. To give you some idea of how much difference it makes, that extra 21 to Special Attack you just gave Poli? That alone is two extra targets for Bubble.

Part of it is your Pokemon tend to be lower level at this point.(Wythir was level 18. Those Graveler were level 25 and everything else was higher than that.) Coupled with no type advantage and/or no STAB moves and no, they're not going to be hitting especially hard. More experience will help with that. A broader range of attack types will help more. In fact...excuse me, I just thought of something I should add to the loot...

I didn't realize when you catch a pokemon, poliwag for example, that they already have EV's available. I thought that was something obtained exclusively through trainer-pokemon activity and leveling

Nope. The moment you catch them you can add EVs. I admit it's counter-intuitive but it's either that, or keep track of the level that each Pokemon was captured, and then either have some kind of catch-up mechanic to let them get the EVs they missed, or just have any Pokemon caught after level 5 miss out on those EVs. The former is more number crunching than we need, the latter is unfair to new catches.

Take EVERYTHING! Money and pokeballs in particular can be redistributed once we get back and are safe. But the healing items and utility items are very much something we could use, as the last battle showed. Especially the berries, which Mina can literally farm.

And as I said, depression faded, and finally adjusted to day shift at my current place. The two are very much linked.

Okay, I'll just add all the loot to Matt's inventory (minus one Mining Kit for Mark) for now.

Also, if either of you wants something not-Pokemon-related that would logically be in a camp (EX: a lighter, flashlight, sleeping bag, something along those lines) just say so and I can add it to the loot.

If you mean for Poli, that was a Paralyze Heal. Find me a Cheri Berry when this is over and we'll call it even. As Gnomes pointed out I can grow more of those and then we'll have a theoretically infinite supply.

Speaking of, I will happily lay claim to any Berries you two don't want. Anything that doesn't have a practical use I can turn into free stat boosts Poffin.

EDIT:

Also, I'm going to clarify here - for the Gems we're going to go with the original Gen V boost, so they'll boost the power of one appropriate attack by 50% not by 30%.

Hey, Mark also claimed the gems because oooo, shiny and lizard brain is the strongest part of his consciousness right now. Once they figure out what they do, he'll probably give them all away except the fairy one. Because Kirlia is going to get a fairy type move eventually gosh darn it! One of these centuries!

You're going to need to tutor it to her since we're sticking with the Gen IV movesets for level-up purposes. That said, since she's level 26 she's already qualified for at least two that I can see (Draining Kiss and Disarming Voice), and you have a Heart Scale already, so you just need to scoot Mark over to see the tutor if you want one.

Can Kirilia speak pokemon to Wythir if the ghost type pokes its head through the safe, see's what's inside, and communicates that to the pscyhic type that can teleport inside the safe, grab the good loots, and then teleport back out?

No, a description of the location isn't good enough for Teleport purposes.

The Umbreon. I may or may not have mentioned the blanket ban on Eevee for starting characters? There was one exception; at the beginning of the game the original DM gave an Eevee egg to one of the other player characters who had expressed an interest in breeding them. She named it Evan when it hatched and evolved it into an Umbreon. But her player dropped out after a very nasty battle went badly and vanished for a long time. So I ruled the character died offscreen and her Pokemon were released into the wild, thus freeing up Evan to be recaptured.

Oh neat! As for the mining junk, if you two are planning on going to this Tidepath place I'll hold onto it. I may have to read back to remember what the heck I was trying to do LOL Something about Trainer Hill... or was it proving innocence for the resistance? Maybe both... Note to everyone in HC ~ Stop growing old it sucks LOL Like a Chumbawumba song.... "Do you suffer from long term memory loss?" "I can't remember"

I wasn't planning on it myself but I don't know about gnomes. My tentative plan for Mina was to hit up random trainers for more Berries, possibly make some Poffin and/or march over to Trainer Hill if I'm feeling ambitious.
