Breeding?
IIRC you only get a Pokemon of a specific species if:
1.) The mother is that species, or
2.) If the 'mother' is a Ditto the resulting egg is whatever the father is.
(Granted this is what I remember from the games, and leaves the question of how Dittos procreate themselves, but I'll leave that alone for now.)
Your Eevee is a male. You might find another Eevee *remembers what Elder Aquai said about that being the first Eevee in Helnith in thirty years*, but there's only about a 12.5% chance of it being female. So...yeah.
'Course I'm still thinking in videogame terms.

@Misty: Kareeah is right. You need a Ditto to get a certain species if you only have a male of that species. If you have a female, then that's a moot point.
I LOVE Dewgong! 
It kinda sucks that you can only catch it in FireRed/LeafGreen/Diamond though (I have Pearl/Emerald).

Guys? Since we have the map in front of us (even if our characters don’t), may I make a suggestion? Make an ordered list of the rooms you want to explore in the priority you want to check them out in, and we’ll decide our directions from there.
If in the future no one has any opinion AT ALL, I discovered I am currently in possession of a twelve sider, so all somebody needs to do for any factor of twelve is pick which numbers are which and I’ll roll it.
In the mean time, here’s my list:
1. The top left room.
2. The top right room.
3. The bottom left room.
(Note that I have no objection in going to the bottom left room right after the top left; this is just an initial priority list. *starts rambling on about round-robin queues and other stuff non-CPS majors neither know nor care about* And I don’t have any strong attachment to this list, so if anyone really really wants to go somewhere else, I’ve no objections at all.)

I'd suggest just saying 'the groups split up', leave it at that, and let people say they joined whichever once they get the time, but that's because I'm impatient and it might be unworkable.

Yes I know and I have.  It was February 25th IIRC, I'll double check and make sure.
Edit: Yup, February 25th for both my/Mina's Pichu and Mytical/Misty's Eevee.
