Her, and I still need to know what ball you're using.
For EVs, you get 1 for each level after level 5. You can allocate them as soon as you get the Pokemon, and you can put them wherever you want. But once they're allocated you need to feed your Pokemon specific Berries to move them.

Mark and Mina's conversation right now amuses me on so many levels.
Speaking of Dawn Stones, I'm increasing the buy/sell prices for the rarer Evolutionary Stones, precisely because they're rarer. The most common ones are the same as the games and then each tier up will be pricier:
Fire/Water/Thunder/Leaf: Buy 2100 PD - Sell 1050 PD (normal price IOW)
Sun/Moon: Buy 6300 PD - Sell 3150 PD
Shiny/Dusk/Dawn: Buy 10500 PD - Sell 5250 PD
Something to keep in mind if you go digging.
(I'm sketchy on whether to put the Ice Stone that got added in Gen VII in the 'common' or 'uncommon' categories. Thoughts?)

THEY'RE SO EXPENSIVE, AAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
And I would guess we'd classify them with sun/ moon until we learn how rare they actually are in Sword/ Shield.

Sounds good. Worst case scenario I can just leave them off the drop list; no one has any Alohan Pokemon anyway.

So I've been looking back at the IC, trying to catch up on what the hell I was doing. And I've come to the realization that I was never the most active person in this RP. There are several points when the IC goes on for page after page without a response from me. And when I do respond it is usually a very short post.
Man, I hope I can change that. haha (not off to a good start though )
EDIT: So looking back at it, the last thing that happened with Christian was talking to the Big Boss and her asking me to spy on the other PCs. I guess I never met up with them?

Correct. If you had actually made it I'd have to explain where you've been this whole time. Also Mark can 'talk' to his Kirlia now so your secret mission to spy on the rest of us would last maybe half a second.

Man, as I've been catching up on Christian's story, I am half-way cringing at my old writing style, and half-way laughing my ass off over how much of a goof Christian is.
So looking at this RP and the Truth & Dare thread, what I know of Christian's backstory is as follows:
1. Dad was a Pokémon ranger who likes Ice types. Was usually away at work. He also was affiliated with Starlight Squad
2. His mom was someone (possibly also member of Starlight Squad) and lived with Christian for most of his life.
3. Lived mostly alone after he became 12-13 years old.
4. Caught Tyrogue when he became 13
5. Lived with Tyrogue until he left for Helnith, having been called upon by Starlight Squad.

IIRC his mom was a Ground type specialist if that helps.

Yes/no; to get clear, detailed thoughts they have to be past a certain power level. Prior to that they mostly just get a general sense. So for example right now Kirlia could tell if Christian was lying.
But as spying on us would require doing a lot of that, well...
