Sorry for the delay. Riots have been pretty close to where I live, and been trying to get a new job. Been... just a little bit stressful.

IIRC, Sing goes off of the Special attack stat for multi-target moves. Right? *Goes to check out the math thread to make sure he's not forgetting something.*
Edit: Aha, no, it's level based! But... Lapras' level is ironically the exact right amount to hit the same number of targets anyway. Excellent.
