You can proceed with the next combat round, I didn't see a point in commenting since the held action of bubblebeam would take effect this round regardless. Honestly am not sure what to say either...

Yes, although fair warning: I’m treating the type changes between some generations as a regional difference, which is to say that just because this one is pure Steel doesn’t mean you can’t or won’t run into one that is Steel/Fairy later on.
