Ok (Remember, for now that is your 2nd room so you are stuck there till tommorrow  ).
The groundskeeper's room. It is a bit..eerie. Photos everywhere of a young looking guy. Dressed in a military outfit, in various stages of his career. Graduation from basic training, first reporting to his full time station, his first promotion, ect. Accomodations, medals, the whole nine yards. Then a clipping of a newspaper of an automobile accident, in which the young fellow apparently was killed. The clipping suggests it was the young fellow's fault (drunk driving). The individual looks like the groundskeeper vaguely.
You notice he keeps the place pretty neat and orderly. Besides the almost shrine like area, you find two wet boots (no mud or such). That is all you find.

I will go to the Library and search over there. Is there any trace of water? Does any book appear to be missing (a gap between the books for no particular reason ...) What else do I see around me? Is anybody else here?

Nobody else currently is in the libarary (though the den is connected and somebody is in the den). No books out of place or missing.
However, there is a notepad on a table in the library. Seems to be exactly two pages missing, and of the same type of paper that the two maps (one to the house, and one of the house), were on.

Going outside to check whether there are open gates, or anything else that might seem unusual. Of course I take an umbrella with me since I want to try to be more thorough and more importantly, you are planning to leave me outside!!

Ah yes, the outside. A pleasant yard that is neatly trimmed, a couple of gardens that come spring will be bursting with life. And rain, lots and lots of rain. It is hard to see or find anything, even with an umbrella, but you do find the gates wide open. Which shouldn't be at all. Also a vehicle in the drive way that doesn't belong, and is empty (possibly the intruders vehicle). Which has a sign on it. "Greg's Fright Night Suprise Party Service" with a phone number on it. In smaller letters. "Give a friend a fright and suprise on their special day."

After just a bit of time they come back onto the phone and tell you that a Gregorian was driving that night. They can't tell you where he was going or anything (without a warrent).

That sounds like the killer contacted the company to scare the victim with a man dressed as an assassin, the masked man. Who was used as a scapegoat and eventually died.
Of course there is no proof yet but an interesting theory.

Is anyone stil playing this?

I want to inspect the boots more closely. Anything else of interest about them?
The military guy who died. Is there anything in the room suggesting he was married or had any other family besides the groundskeeper?
Is there anything to indicate what the relationship was between the man and the groundkeeper?
Is there any alcohol in the room?
OK, I think I'm done here. I'm going to Elvin's room.
