1) Do we know anything about Mr. Nassau's will?
2) Why is Binabik saying that nobody here is going to cry with Mr. Nassau's loss? What about kooka, guarder, or even wog_edn and Trogdor who are still looking at the dead body with amazement? What motive does each individual have?

Mr. Nasu had no relatives, and most likely everything will go to the government. Nobody had a financial motive.
Now, the motives are blackmail and the fact that he probably caused the death of a few relitives of the people staying here.
And though some may still be examining the body, not a living soul anybody knows about cared one bit about the man.

Which individuals had their relatives killed by toxic death (shown in the papers inside the box found in the attic by guarder)? (I 'll wait for them to answer, just like Binabik did).

Ok, there are other places in the house that has not been searched. Remember this. The den is the scene of the crime, and lots of people still in there. Since I forgot something, however, you can discover it. The hand on Mr. Nasu is not right. If it had fell because of drugging or strangling it would be in a totally different position then it is currently. For Lord_Evil
Binibik - You discover footprints. Not full ones, but at the window sill. It had not been raining or anything, just shallow inprints in a garden. Most likely wouldn't even have left much of a trace on the shoes or boots worn (if not wiped off anyhow).

Well the footprints are partial, but all signs suggest the culprit would be male.
Yes Lord_Evil, his hand is at the wrong angle. As if somebody set it down instead of it fell down.
Edit : There is signs of both entry and exit.

What kind of signs of entry/exit?
What location is the window (on the inside)? Like is it near the desk, a table, piano or ????

Foyer is the area around the main entrance to the house when you first step inside. Like where you remove your coat and shake out your wet umbrella. It won't be very big and might have a closet for coats.

Forced entry only visiable from the outside. (Was wondering when somebody would check out there). Not near any of those, but since it is on the ground floor, somebody could step through the window quite easily.
Inside the closet is a wet umbrella. The problem? It had neither been raining nor snowing last night. Oddly enough...it smells like alcohol...(weird huh?).
