How many players will play ? This is Fixed map's Tourney like i saw ?(cant rusish but tryed to see with Translation Rusish to English)
Will be players from heroes.by / heroesleague.ru ? When Tournament starts ? How many time for one game ?
For now only few questions

1)Registration has begun one day ago, so I can't tell you about exact number of players.
2)Tournament is spent on fixed maps:
FightingForTurf(TE).
AcrossTheBay(TE).
MerlinsChallenge(TE).
Boomerang(TE).
OutherLimits(TE).
MysteriousRidge(TE).
DangerZone(TE)
JAM2(TE)
Might_vs_Magic
Duel(TE)
FourCorners(TE)
3)One of organizers of tournament - player from Heroesleague - AndreyALN. Maybe players from heroes.by/heroesleague.ru will be more.
4)Tournament starts at 17 of march.
5)One game - one week.
The scheme of tournament is the Swiss system, 7 tours.

The championship is spent on the version of game Heroes of Might and Magic: Tournament Edition v1.03q.
Competition is spent on complexity of 160 %.
The scheme of competitions - the Swiss system, 7 tours.
The forbidden spells: " the City portal ", " the Door of Measurements ", "Flight", "Levitation", the forbidden artefact: " Wings of the Angel ", if maps do not provide the return .The forbidden heroes: Sir Mullih, Dzhelu, Dragon.
Adjustments of TE:
Hit_and_Run restricted;
Savage monsters;
Modify Heroes;
Chess-like Time Control;
First Day Money Transfer;
The timer stops in battles;
New Inferno Castle Gates;
Reorganization of guild of magicians;
New Witch Hut;
Empty battlefields;
No upgraded stack;
No good morale for neutrals;
The tax to army - 0 % .
Connection is to each other carried out by Hamachi.
It's summary of rules - if you agree to play our tournament I shall write the full version of the rules.

My gametime Friday from 15:35, Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00, Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00 about. This is normal time for other players, how you think ?
