Scripting and writting AI bots wish for H4

My wish will be (if it's possible - though i highly believe not) if 3DO/NWC allows people to write their own COMPUTER AI bots.

Or at least released part of the sources which are responsible for the A.I. system, and the other ones are some DLL's without the sources. I'm sure that AI can be improved by this way a lot.

Will be good if 3DO/NWC released also some more tools - not only map-editor but also TILE or something else editors.

i dont' know about that,

remember, its still a game, i don't think the tile editor would be so great, and they most likely WON'T release the source codes for the game...
now about the ai, maby they should program different gambits, rather than "target skell group of 150 before vampires of 50 even though he got all those skelletons with the vamps" or "hit the med tent when his power liches are 4 hexes away" to name a few,

a wish that will never come true, but it dont hurt to ask.

You know what i would like...

an AI that LEARNS... it starts out dumb as a stump, and as you beat the crap out of it, it leans. It doesnt make the same mistakes twice, it keeps getting better and better and better. and soon, BAM, you die. But still it learns. Soon its a monumental task to even kill one of its heroes.

...thats my dream. (or nightmare)

AI that learns

I don't think that AI learns (neural nets in PC game?)
I think, HOMM3/4 AI is using "Top-Down" approach for thinking - it knows everything about the game, every rule is hard-coded and so (or scripted) - and it knows almost everything about given situation. But I don't think AI learns.

But if we have the ability to change theses scripts through some editor - this will be cool.

Also not only AI - but to be able to write/load/save our simple scripts for our characters. Say I want one of my characters to visit all the places that give money, and collect all the monsters from nearby... Something like this... maybe for Heroes5
