Because he was a Dark Elf named Raelag in the first place. He just changed his name and appearance while serving the Sovereign until he started feeling guilty for siding with Demons, which is very unexpectedly oh so wrong.
TotE dialogs will be added when I get a chance. Thanks Elvin for the qp

But what was that thing tieru did to him in the original inferno campaign?

The Rite of True Nature or something, it just purged him of demon influence. You see Raelag became "Agrael" before the campaigns, then you play the TotE scenario. Chronologically, his next appearance is in the original Haven campaign, then he comes across Tieru who removes his demon influence. Then he returns in the Warlock campaign, after the Rite.

Tieru has "clenaed" him from evilness...through the Rite of True Nature!

Yes, it is easily done through the map editor (you need to enable special functions, which isn't hard) and the data files. I can teach you through HCM or something if you like. Or I could display the info here, if it's not off topic
The reason I have not had time to complete the TotE ones is the fact that some of the cutscenes are embedded in the maps themselves instead of seperate dialog scenes. Those are the ones that look like

Some of these type of cutscene appear in HoF too, which is why we have nothing but victory cutscenes in the scripts I forgot about their existence and plan to include them in an update.

In the meantime I read the HoF ones, not bad. Though they reminds me how poorly ubi presents the world. The clans and douchies are mentioned just like that, at least the dwarven dialogues were fun.

I like Wulfstan, he is verry funy and has personality. He makes cutscenes cool.
