JoonasTo, I am an open person  . I don't care what anybody asks me or wants to know. Seems, however, that this offends some people. My words and actions come under more of a microscope then most (or at least it sometimes feels this way) and I try hard not to offend people if possible. It's hard to do when I say exactly what I think.
So anybody can ask me anything, but please expect a blunt and honest reply. Gets me in trouble a lot, but meh trouble should be my middle name.

I am emotionally stunted (normal english: can't show my emotions(in normal language (me man, me hunt, me sleep, me hit things with rocks, me not cry, me not lady )) though once I was romantic, but aaahh... Just the adolescent years coming up I assume... I am not trusted and have few friends... I start to shake and shiver if I talk to someone at random
sry (for killing da mood a bit), this is a confession. mild, dark humor in tha beginning and genuine regret in the end. This has been a great thread up to now (to those who don't know me: Hi, I'm new(don't call me Bob))

Ok, time for a confession that will make the others look positively bland. Here in a short time (not going to specify sorry), I will be going away for a bit, and only posting sporatically. I will be undergoing surgery. About a year ago I started taking hormones, and the surgery is gender reassignment surgery. Afterwards, I will be officially male.
My chosen name was going to be Brad, but that may change. My brother is asking me to pick up his name should he pass on, and I am inclined to accept his offer. It's not going to be an easy choice either way. We shall see.

Nope, no april fools. Nor a prank or anything along that lines. Though the exact time is determined by the doctor, it will happen. I know a lot of people might be uncomfortable around me after, and that is ok. I am hoping that most people will just treat me the same tho.

Congrats mytical it takes a lot of courage to state something as major as that. i don't mean this in a bad way but a good amount of people aren't comfortable with this idea. But i for one beleive that if a person beleives they were born as the wrong gender they shouldn't be discriminated agaisn't.

It is hard to explain to somebody who hasn't been there, no offense. I have felt trapped in a body that was not my own. I know some very religious people have issues with it, and even some not so religious, but this has not come lightly. In fact you have to undergo a rigourous time to even be considered for the operation. Psych evaluations, therapy, countless doctor visits. They want to make sure you are absolutely sure before doing this.

I guess your right, people like us, who don't know you personaly dont get it. The thing about changing gender makes me feel weird, and the thing that worries me the most is: You find a Girlfriend, I guess?, and then you have to tell her: I was a female once and then she has to accept that.. My god. I can only think about problems! ... Sorry, I am being so pessimistic!
