Can`t believe it - good fun to start a "Warn and be warned" thread and one gets there and is practicly saying "don`t play me, i get suspecious at your every move". Served its purpose then, didn`t it  I have my little daughter with me sometimes when I play, just for the record. Feel free to use it against me.

This one IS appalling! As I understand the same thing happened with Teacher.
Anyway, the discussion has long ago entered dark side alleys. I'd like to return to the roots of this discussion. I believe 100% that if d/c happened then there is ALWAYS a reload neglecting the number of d/c (be it 2 or 10)! After all it's not a person's fault and there is no asking involved.
For almost all other cases I share Diegi's perspective that reload is purely a "gift" and can be rejected. IMO major misclicks should be given reloads. Case with attacking 500 blackies is crying out for reload... Yet, following previous argument, Diegis indeed had a right to deny it. Whether it's a honourable conduct code each of us can judge on their own...
Continuing, however there are many milder (building wrong, losing some units) cases when it's hard to understand whether misclick was out of sloppiness, lag or smth else. Here I again agree with Diegis that it's his own decision and actually I support the notion that such reloads should NOT be normally granted. After all, if opponenet wins after having replayed battle without loses, etc. the feeling is very akward on both sides.
In conclusion once again, the ONLY criteria in case with Teacher is to determine if reloads were result of d/c. If yes - no more comments on my side about the observed behaviour... If, on the other hand, Teacher ASKED for those 5 reloads for whatever reasons he might have, then I take Diegi's position and see his actions as very generous and even additional loss report can be somewhat comprehended..
To end it here, Teacher, can you state clearly in one sentence the nature of those 5 reloads?

Don't quit because of that. Sure the thread took a wrong path, things were said etc. Forget about it, I'm sure the others will and just don't play certain people that upset you. A few arguments are inevitable.

always taking reloads but never giving them is a good way to get points. hard to keep getting away with doing that though. takes a real diplomat.
