ebba, does the retaliation of the damaged stack count in healing or resurrecting them? (if yes, then I can talk vampires, poltergeists and spectres)

Phoenix is quite obvious one.
How about vampires attacking phoenixes? They will burn, but also heal.

Pack hunter is a passive ability (like no retal) so it works with phantoms. As does Torpor.
btw can I take out phantomed flamelords with a non-warlock fireball?

I don't think so, I tested on cloned Obsidian Gargoyles and they resisted Circle of Winter.

well for all that are interested, deleb's ballista can hurt and heal magnetic golems(like imbued ranger destructive)
i have another interesting question: name one instance in which a phoenix stack will be killed off in one attack!

well it wasn't the answer i was thinking of, but it works; i was thinking that a when a pit lord attacks a single phoenix, the vorpal blade kills off the resurrected one
anyway a new question: you are facing an enemy hero who has a phoenix stack; assuming your attacks are strong enough to kill of the phoenix with one hit, what is the maximum # of hits you would have to perform to make sure the phoenixes stay dead?
