I guess only three things have to be done:
- finishing all new videos
- finishing translation
- last testing.

Well, if folks need help translating to English with regards to actually formatting it properly (as some things might not make too much sense after translation, depending on the skills of the translator), I could help there, but I get the feeling you guys would have that pretty much covered, anyway

i'm affraid that english translation in not 100% done yet - maybe about 80-90% (what i know for sure that all names and items are translated but not all texts and dialogues)
as i said before 1.1 is waiting for final animation but sadly it won't be completed and team wanna to upload 1.1 without all cinematics.
so it could happen any time but not sure if in english.

To be fair judging solely on the Homm3Town web page, although it seems that both have had progress I believe Cathedral is more developed than forge.

yeah but i don't think those were animated
also we haven't seen all that there is in store for us with the Forge 
as far as the mod goes, i just want to play this new Forge race as soon as you guys have it available for release, English or Russian :3
English version would be great BUT if it's in Russian then I don't want it postponed purely for translation purposes because I am anticipating progress on this mod as i'm sure a lot of other HoMM fans are as well :3

this is download link for version 1.1?? I also can't read cyrylic, so tell me do i have to install it over clean H3 complete, or over hota 1.0??
ok i installed it over clean H3, it works but it's still cyrylic everywhere. does there be some english patch, or something??

Most valuable changes:
- new campaign.
- a lof of fixes (bugfixes and balance tweaks, both for HotA and SoD).
- a lot of new creature banks
- standing animations
- second death animation for gold golems and beholders
- animation of exploded missile (can be seen when enchanters, gogs, storm elementals and ice elementals hit the target)
- four new skins for map choosing

Yes, this is correct link.
Better to install it over plain SoD - it's only recommended version.

Wow, looks great!! One thing that bothers me though, why didnt they have the creatures breathing in H3 in the first place?
