Okay, I need to clarify things - there is no 100% possibility of english version to be released with 1.3
Indeed, one year ago the plan was exactly to release 1.3 as an international version. But this plan also says 1.3 should be released in spring 2013. So things may or may not changed. Idk, really, I'm just 2-3D artist there. But I know for sure - English version is under development right now and has been for a while. Let's just say - With each new hota version chances to release eng. version increases alot.

Great news if an English version is planned for 1.3, even if just a good possibility.

It was just a very cheesy way of saying I'm excited for the HotA 1.3 release.
Well, with the possibility of English support soon (xmas, spring). That's why, really. 
Could you expand on 'pervertions on SOD mechanics and balance' with reasoning as to why you would call them that?
I'm pretty sure at least 'creature dwelling accumulation' at the moment can be turned off by deleting 'HotA.ext', if I remember correctly. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Any changes in standard skills/spells are pervertions, And when reading propositions on DF2 forums (topics about Single/Multiplayer balance), I get strong feeling, they are all insane Vasinkas.
If you want brand new spells/skills, then make it. But don't touch mechanics of standard canonic skills.

I don't mind changes to original skills/spells in theory. Of course, it strongly depends on the changes made to them. I'll wait and see before commenting further.

the first digit is the number of new towns, the second - version in-between.
1.3 = 1 cove town, 3rd ver.
2.1 = Cove + forge (or other) town, 1st ver.
3.1 = 3 new towns etc

Oh, ok... forgot about that. It just seemed that Forge was pretty close to being finished a couple of months ago, with the updated buiding renders, the new 6th level unit. Nonetheless, a new HOTA release is always good news, so great to know there will be one soonish . Thanks in advance.
An idle wish maybe, but if you guys can pass something to feast our eyes on about forge... hey, can't blame me asking, right .
