Why isn't germany fighting? What's a ww without germany? It's like Belgium with agreeing politicians or America without republicans...
btw, the french army: (am I the lucky one)
The principles and values of the French Army are formulated in the Code of the French Soldier:

Reconnaissance vehicles 1280 VBLs, 192 ERC-90s, 337 AMX-10RCs
Infantry Fighting vehicles 601 AMX-10Ps. To be replaced by the VBCI (550 combat version and 150 command version)
Armoured Personnel Carriers 3,975 VABs
Artillery pieces and mortar 105 TRF1s, 72 Caesar systems (currently being delivered), 134 AMX 30 AuF1s , 48 MLRSs
and about 200 helicopters...
The total number of military personnel is approximately 459,000, although approximately 100,000 of these are in the Gendarmerie and, thus, used in everyday law enforcement operations within France (elements of the Gendarmerie are, however, present in all French external operations, providing specialised law enforcement troops/military police).
French military doctrine is based on the concepts of national independence, nuclear deterrence (see Force de frappe), and military self-sufficiency
There are currently 36,000 French troops deployed overseas - such operations are known as "OPEX" for Opérations Extérieures ("Overseas Operations").
France is one of the five "Nuclear Weapons States" under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty but is not known to possess or develop any chemical or biological weapons. (at least that's what we want you to think )

Why would anyone want to play France anyway? That's like losing the war before it started... Especially if someone's playing Germany 
Not like Serbia's any better, but still.

Well, the leader is president Sarkosy. I play him 'cuz after he got elected, he divorced his wife, married a young supermodel and is, in general, a very evil man... Like Bush...

Well at least the starting post got everything going.
But why would Russia and China attack USA?
And if they did shouldn't Russia conquer attack Norway rather than Alaska? And because Russia declared war on NATO wouldn't it cause war with the EU too?
Oh and Lexxan are we at war?

Russia declared war against USA. NATO and the EU choose to stay neutral, fearing that this might become a third world war. I should have mentioned that in the masterpost, thank you for reminding me.

Well............. a world war without Germany is still a world war
Anyway................. i think Scandinavia is a plausable "union" to enter a 3rd world war.
Together it got:
*Cababilety's for nukes(Nazi's attempted a heavy water production under 2. world war, and it was blown to smitherines)
*No real language issues heck (Norwegian(riksmål and landsmål, Swedish and Danish is not that different)
*Ye old blood of the vikings(bad argument, i know)
*Nobody is expecting it(Norway, Denmark and Sweden attempted all to stay neutral during WW1 and WW2)
But i wonder if i will participate?

I'm not sure if it's okay letting one player to have two different characters... I'm just not experienced enough in RPing to tell you "yes" or "no".
But we have more experienced RPG players here. We can let them decide.

Well I have never done a roleplay like this one. However, if Lex thinks they can it is worth a go. As GM/DM you can always regulate Lex back to one if something goes wrong.
As long as he can keep the two seperate, doesn't have a conflict of interest, and such, it should be fine.
